I went in with a $500-$1,000 budget looking for a new mattress. I ended up spending over $2,000 and I couldn't be happier about it. The Pure Sleep manager John was the best sales person I've ever dealt with. He knew his stuff, opened our eyes to a lot of info and there was literally no pressure whatsoever. He helped us find the perfect mattress and was just a down right nice guy. This is my second large purchase from Art Van and definitely wont be my last. The financing is awesome but the sales guy is what will keep me coming back. If you're buying a mattress, do yourself a favor and ask for John Ohaver.

The person that helped us was either very inexperienced or on something because they continually double talked themselves. They tried telling us that they could get us 25% off as a special pricing but then turned around and told us that they always have 25% off. They told us after we continually told them several times that we did not want to finance and they also confirmed that we did not have to finance for the 25% off. But then when we asked for the total price they then told us that we would have to finance to get the 25% off. Would not suggest going to this store. Shady salesmen that also don't seem to care or want to give decent customer service.

Awful. I ordered an entertainment center in February of 2017. It is May of 2017 3 months later and I am still missing pieces. The original delivery date was for "MID MAR" and they tried to explain to me that this stands for mid-May. No where in the world does MAR stand for May. Well mid May rolled around and now they are saying mid August. That would be 6 months after they took my money in full and 5 months after the original delivery date. I have called the store and never receive a straight answer. When I reach out to the salesman, Jeton, he explains to me that a manager will be calling. I have never received a call from the manager, Janice. The customer service is terrible. They concentrate on making the sale and then you are stuck trying to figure out when you are actually going to receive your furniture. Art Van has been nothing but a burden and a headache.

Was in the store 30 minutes before someone asked if we needed help. Displays were disheveled and had multiple pillows/bed accessories on the floor. Prices were astronomical considering Art Van is strip mall retail furniture store. Prices were more than Macy's...and that's not acceptable.

Mattress shopping wasn't easy, but Gerri was a tremendous help for me. She is kind and personable, and worked patiently with me on issues that she did not have to and showed me that they are all about customer satisfaction.

Not a fan of art van. We went in and it was like used car dealers flocking to you that was a huge turnoff they were supposedly having a big sale and apparently they raise the prices to reduce them which are still more than what appeared to be the daily price we would not go back to Art Van to purchase anything.

Did not have the sales items i was look at from the sales paper at the downers grove store. Would had like to gotten the table but iy was at another store and delivery would have been $125 which would had defeated the sales price. So I guess I will have to try another store.

Our sales person Tony was very knowledgeable about the various options regarding the furniture type, quality, and Art Van offerings.
