Art Van Furniture

Our Art Van sales person KC Clark treated us with the utmost professionalism and was very kind and sincere. We never felt pressured. He answered all of our questions regarding our purchases at Art Van. Very helpful gentleman, and would ask for him again for future purchases from Art Van. He was also well dressed... all in all Mr. Clark did a wonderful job representing Art Van while making our furniture buying experience a pleasant one. The very same can be said with our Art Van delivery experience. They arrived on time exactly as promised, and called a half hour ahead just as we requested in the store. I asked these gentleman if they could move the furniture that was being replaced onto my front porch... And they obliged. I let them know how much I appreciated that. They excersized great care when bringing in the new furniture although it was a bit of a challenge to moving in the new box spring and mattress into our upstairs bedroom. But these two guys knew what they were doing and made it look easy as they had to hoist these two items up onto our porch roof and into our exterior bedroom door. They're a great team and knew exactly how to handle and balance these items so nothing got damaged or no one got hurt. Everything with our Art Van buying experience was indeed a five star experience. And we'll be back.

Great shopping experience. Our sales person Norm was very professional and left us alone to do our looking. After we found what we liked he made numerous trips throughout the store to show us various color, fabric and accessory options that we were looking for. He was so knowledgeable and made us aware of special incentives that we were able to use to save a lot of money. We have bought a lot of furniture here over the years and we will continue to shop and recommend the store and Norm to everyone.

I had an absolutely phenomenal experience. One of my pet peeves is being greeted by salespeople, and then being followed around the store by them. I was greeted by Charlotte, and she checked on me a few times, making sure I had all my questions answered. Her professionalism and genuine understanding of my needs was very much appreciated. I purchased 2 special order sofas, and will be shopping with her again in the very near future.

Over all experience was great. Came in the day before Thanksgiving to "look" so I knew what I wanted the next day during the sale. The sales person was very kind and let me know the same sale was going currently. So I was able to shop and complete my purchase that evening. He called around to find my chairs so the delivery would all come as one time. The delivery guys were very friendly and helpful. I was not told that I need to plug in my couch as it has been years since I purchased furniture. The head delivery guy called back to the store to figure out where I should order a battery pack. Over all a great experience, just wish I would have known ahead of time about the power.

Great experience beside the fact that, I did not have photo ID! Would have been nice when they called to confirm pick up or that order was in they would have left message letting us know that! Also if they would have highlighted it on the receipt to get your attention! I was told I would definitely need receipt but not the ID! Salesman was great! Girls at pick up were great even though I was super frustrated with that lack of communication! It was not their fault they were just doing their job and following protocol call!! So great job there! Just communication glitch!! Loading dock guy was also awesome! Easy to work with and friendly! Was surprised only one guy to load! I actually helped him as customer while many employees walked by not helping!

The salesperson we worked with was genuine and cared about what we wanted without pressuring or upselling. We had specific needs and he met them with great acuity and kindness. Our delivery gentlemen were very efficient with calling to let us know their ETA and were on time. They put the furniture in place and were highly professional and friendly. It was a highly rewarding experience in every way.

The service while shopping at Art Van was excellent. Alex showed us exactly what we wanted to see then gave us lots of space to look, shop, and talk. He checked in periodically to see if we had any questions and answered them concisely and thoroughly. The delivery went very well also. I was given a time frame, 8-11, they called by 8:20 to tell me we were their second stop and they would be there shortly. They easily got the love seat down the stairs and placed where I asked. The delivery men were very polite, efficient and conscientious about cleaning their boots off of snow. Thank you for such wonderful service!!! We couldn't have asked for more.

Great experience and great prices. Went during the tent sale and found an amazing couch there. Then went inside for a new recliner and coffee table. Showroom was well laid out and there were plenty of different funiture configurations and types to try out. The sales team there was very attentive and informative when needed, but never pushy or hovering giving us plenty of time to make our choices. Once we did make our choice Mike our salesperson helped us out and gave us a great experience, would definitely go to this location again.

Usually we are hesitant to go to Art Van as the sales staff is more aggressive than we are comfortable with. We were looking for some new living furniture and stopped by when because of the tent sale. Staff inside and outside were patient, helpful and had a more consultative than sales approach which was much appreciated. Delivery was great- on time, movers were professional and placed items where we requested. Overall a great experience!

My husband and I had a very pleasurable experience at the Alpine location where we were welcomed by a salesman by the name of Frank. He introduced himself to us and asked if we needed any assistance that he is available to help. From a distance he kept an eye on us but made sure he was close by if we needed him. That was such a bonus because he gave us our space. He was honest and forthcoming with things we needed to know. We will be returning to this store for sure to make additional purchases in the near future. We ended up purchasing a power sofa and two pillows.
