This place... This place is the ABSOLUTE best. The people who work here seriously take pride in their furniture and they take good care of their customers along with their employees. They make you feel welcome and they are all so knowledgeable and patient with any questions you have and are there for your experience in buying any new furniture you need for your home. My time spent here was delightful and memorable for me and my fiance and another time with my best friend. We all had an amazing time with Brock, Kelly and Tracey, I believe were their names. They were all amazing. I didn't get all the names of the wonderful folk that worked with me and made sure I went home with an amazing bed to make my life easier at night! Thank you so much to everyone at Art Van I will for sure be coming back.
Great pricing, great selection and very professional and accommodating staff. My husband and I were very pleased after 8 weeks of waiting from furniture from another company only to receive broken couches. Van Art was referred to me by my niece and nephew. We had furniture delivered and the delivery guys were also exceptional. Great customer service! You all should be proud to work for such a great company!
The furniture was beautiful and the staff was very friendly. They were helpful but they also allowed us space to look around. This is one of the few times that I did not feel pressured by a sales person. The financing process was simple and completed quickly. Thank you Art Van for helping my family and I purchase new furniture at a monthly payment that I can afford.
Great experience in store. Sales reps were not pushy at all. We were helped by Kristi. She is very nice and patient. We were at the store a few times to figure out what we want and she never pushed us to get anything. We appreciate this kind of service. we spent over $5000 dollars and the manager also waived our delivery fee and we also got a free TV because of the promotion. We shopped around at many other different places and found other places to be a little cheaper but the quality of Art Van was better.
We had a great experience. We were financed quickly and our furniture will be delivered Monday! Our sales person was amazing, she helped with everything and wasn’t pushy as some sales people can be. All in all, we are totally pleased!
I was pleasantly surprised when we first walked in the door to Art Van, as their showroom was very impressive! The selection was incredible & their prices were some of the best I've seen. i would like to thank our salesman, Brady! The customer service he offered us was amazing! He introduced himself immediately & helped us understand the layout of the store. He was not pushy whatsoever, which we REALLY appreciated. He sat down with us & answered every question we had which were a lot! He was very knowledgeable which really helped us feel comfortable. Thank you so much, Brady!
I initially visited Art Van a few weeks ago to get ideas of what I was looking for. John greeted us at the door and was very informative with the weekend specials and how the store lay out was. It was over Memorial weekend and there were some pretty great deals going on, John even gave us an American flag to take home which is now on our boat! We didn't purchase anything that day, but we went back on June 3rd looking for a couch. I ended up purchasing a sectional, entertainment center, and kitchen table set. I was so happy with the service provided and although we purchased through John everyone was very helpful and sincerely nice! I wish I could remember the name of the man that helped us while John was busy, and the woman that helped with the delivery process was so sweet. I will definitely be back on the future! The prices are amazing for the great quality of inventory they have! The staff was genuinely nice and you can tell they care about their customers!
Recently purchased a new bed at Art Van, and could not have been happier with my experience. I had a very strict budget, and the associate that helped me legitimately helped me find something within my budget. They didn't try to upsell me on something higher. I was very clear with how much I was willing to spend and they respected that. We were able to find a mattress, box spring, frame, AND even get the delivery cost all within my budget. Delivery was also handled extremely well. They called the day before to give me a window of when they would be able to deliver, then called me the day of to let me know exactly when they would be there. The delivery crew was extremely polite and efficient with the process. I will be going to Art Van in the future and will be recommending them to other in the future as well.
This was our first visit to Art Van. They have a huge selection of furniture to choose from. Sarah was the salesperson that helped us. She was very nice, friendly and helpful. My husband got a new recliner and he loves the way it sits. Very comfortable. We will return again.
We loved our whole experience with Art Van. They helped us find the right furniture set for our living room. Extremely patient, kind, and very personable. The staff went above & beyond to make sure we were comfortable by letting us take home 1/3 pieces to start and see for sure that we had room for it all. When it was all said and done & we needed to return one piece, they took care of us- no questions asked. We will definitely be returning anytime we need new furniture!! Highly recommend.
