Art Van Genoa

We have always bought our furniture from Samsen’s we just purchased a mattress our sales person was Julie.She was not pushy at all.Very helpful and kind !! We have a couple furniture stores near our home but always use Samsen’s.We would highly recommend and a huge thank you to Julie !! We even came back a couple day’s later and purchased a picture as a gift for our daughter.Please pass this on to Julie !!

Had to reach out and write a review because of our great experience with Riley. From the moment we arrived the 1st time to the time we picked up our Lazy Boy sofa we were kept up to date on a regular basis. Since that original purchase, we have gone back twice to purchase more items from her !! And we live in West Toledo so to say we pass a few furniture stores on the way to Genoa would be an under statement, but we find it well worth the drive and will continue to do so in the future !! Good job Riley and Samsen's in general and keep up the good work !!

Update to owners reply.. Yes my husband was offered a different conditioner and protector but they wanted to charge him so he declined. I have spent thousands of dollars along with referring family and friends here for furniture. I will never shop here again or suggest anyone shop here! I bought insurance on my leather furniture. With this insurance package, we were promised refills of the leather conditioner and protectant. Well, went to get that promised 1st refill and they no longer do that. How convenient for them! What a waste of money!!!

My husband and I purchased a couch and 2 chairs from Samsen. We worked with Vicky James, who was patient and extremely helpful in finding the style and fabric that suited our needs. We have purchased several pieces of furniture from Samsen over the last 20+ years and have always been satisfied.

Samsen furniture helped me get a pair of gaming chairs for my sons for Christmas last year. Terrific service. Highly recommend. Thank you!!

Excellent customer service at the Genoa location. Both sales ladies were so nice and great to work with. They truly wanted me to be happy with my decision no matter what. The delivery process was also great. Both delivery guys were nice and very professional.

I have been shopping at Samsens for 30 years and always happy. Last April I ordered a couch and because of CoVid was told it wouldn’t be in until December or January. It’s now June and couch is still not here. I believe I am entitled to a discount for waiting so long. Samsens refuses and when I went to cancel my order they said they would have to charge me a restocking fee. The days of treating loyal customers well are gone…. Atleast at Samsens.And I will add that the chair I ordered from lazy boy took one year to get and they gave it to me for 50% off. I will not go back to Samsens. Lazy Boy you will be the only place I buy furniture in the future.

Julie and Cindy were very helpful and friendly! Great customer service by far! I knew what I wanted and they took care of me with no problems! I will only shop at Art Van! Thank you! Dante and his partner were so sweet they handled my couch with care and there was no difficulties!

We had a great experience @ArtVan in Genoa , Ohio. Sales people were very helpful and kind. Our furniture was delivered when they said it would be delivered. They called a day before the delivery to set a time and they called the day of delivery when they were ten minutes away! The men were professional and courteous. We were very impressed with them. We have shopped at the Genoa location and are very happy with our experiences. We purchased several pieces of furniture for our home and have been very pleased with the quality of everything. All of the employees have been very helpful as well. Delivery was prompt. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend Art Van in Genoa.
