Had a great experience here at the Taylor Art Van. From the time we walked in the door until we left. Our sales lady was the most helpful with everything. Can't wait to get our new living room furniture and also a fireplace. Thank you again for a great experience. Well now i wanna take back on art van is finding out there going out of bundles business. They still owe me my 50 inch TV plus the almost 800 i spent on worthless warranty now. I just purchased it at the end of Jan. I spent almost 6,000 in the store that day. I'm really upset upset
What was supposed to be a very swift transaction somehow turned into a nightmare. Stay far far far far far away from this place or you'll end up in a pickle and slighted. First off I was charged $560 for an item I never purchased, when I saw it on the receipt I called back for a refund to my card and without my knowledge I was issed store credit refund. so it took me 5 days to get the sales manager to look into itonly after I emailed corporate. She was awesome. She saw the problem and processed a refund. Next problem was not receiving my complete order. Furniture came without two of the tables we ordered. So I had to call again and deal with another problem. Salesman gave me a bunch of excuses and promised to have them delivered in 3 days. Delivery day comes and the main table is missing the glass top! More and more excuses from salesman and delivery team. One person went to the point of telling me to bring the table back into the store for a refund! Since when will a 40"x40" table fit into a sedan? Not to mention delivery drivers did not place guards over the shoes so soil all over our light carpet. As I told corporate office in an email, I would rather deal with a company that places equal importance on Sales and Execution! They are very happy to seal the deal and sell you something but execution on the order is terrible. As a customer that spent $5,000 with you... I will never return again!
We were greeted upon entering the store but never felt pressured by our sales men to buy anything. We purchased a sofa, love seat and chair. We had to wait a week for delivery but that wasn't an issue. They scheduled our delivery between 2:15 - 5:15 - they arrived before the scheduled time and were in and out within 10 minutes or so. Everyone was friendly and courteous. I would definitely recommend shopping at Art Van in Taylor Michigan.
Diane, our sales lady, was awesome! She went above and beyond and even made our girls feel included. In the store was great! Delivery.....our time frame was 1245-345pm. At 221 they called and said they were 20-40minutes out and they did not have all of our sofa. My husband was upset! He called Art Van and they sent another truck from Mount Clemens to deliver the missing piece. Well, our missing piece showed up before the rest of our purchase. The driver of the truck wouldn’t answer his phone and nobody could get ahold of the truck that was supposed to arrive in 20-40 minutes! At 525pm, they finally showed up with the excuse that the driver had to use the bathroom. No call, no answer, no nothing. The furniture was put together nicely and everything was in great shape.
I bought living room furniture which will be delivered this week. I cannot tell you how wonderful Isabelle and Brian G. have been to me. I recently had a horrible experience at an Ashley Furniture store. Sent everything back due to damage or wrong items with no answers from anyone. Still waiting for the refund. Have been fighting for it for 6 weeks with them. When I went to Art Van Taylor store, Isabelle was just the best!! Not pushy at all, took her time with me and very patient. Wanted me to find the right items. Just got off the phone with Brian G. for a price match. Boom, things were handled in the proper way and immediate. Both very professional but very personable too. Also, I've already gotten phone calls confirming the date of delivery etc... They are on the ball!!! Thank you Art Van!! You blow Ashley Furniture out of the park
The sales people were awesome. Diane and Clarence. Clarence greeted me at the door and asked what I was looking for. He showed me a couple options that were exactly what I was looking for. Then he gave me space to make a decision. It was refreshing to have a sales person who gave me room to think. When I found the couch we bought, Diane helped answer all of my questions and was patient when I asked the same one multiple times. A really positive experience start to finish.
I wish it didn't take as long as it did to get my special order, but I can't fault Art Van for something when the manufacturer is at fault. Aside from being told 6-8 weeks and it taking 12 altogether, I'm extremely happy with how it all turned out. The manager kept in contact with me throughout the process to keep me posted as to where my furniture was. The drivers came and exhibited the highest level of professionalism in setting it all up. When they left, all I had to do was close my front door because everything was already set up where I wanted it.
Had the nicest salesperson, Kimbra. She didn't trail us through the store, lurking like most sales people I have encountered lately. Very knowledgeable and helpful and I was so happy to finally find the kitchen furniture I had been looking for. I was glad they had quality furniture at affordable prices.
We dealt with Rob and he was very professional. We had a budget and know what we wanted and he was very patient and we never felt pressured. We were happy with our purchase. On the scheduled delivery day, 2 men showed up early and immediately put their booties on as not to get dirt on my new floors and carpeting which I liked. They were very professional and courteous and assembled our furniture. NO problems whatsoever. We are very satisfied with our whole experience. I must admit I was a little bit worried when I read all the negative reviews online but, for us, we give them 5 stars for excellent service and we will shop there again! THANK YOU!!!
I don't remember any names but the female sales associate was very helpful, while not being over-bearing. I will definitely try to contact her for future purchases. The delivery guys were great. Came right at beginning of time block we were given. They were very polite and careful not to damage the goods as well as trying to keep the room as clean as possible. I was wary because a couple of friends had nothing but trouble with deliveries from Art Van. Not so this time.
