Artist's Bio
My career began over 30 years ago after graduating from the National Academy of Art in Sofia, Bulgaria, where I later became a professor.
My wife and I have competed in many national (Bulgarian) and international art shows, earning several distinguished awards. My artwork is currently featured in the Contemporary Arts Museum in Sofia, Bulgaria. I have also had exhibitions in Spain, France, England, Italy, Holland, Greece, and the United Arab Emirates.
After living in London for a period of time, my family and I moved to the United States. It took awhile to integrate into the diverse American culture. I finally have time to embrace my passion once again. My art has many influences from the past and present. I am fortunate to have been exposed to the many changes life has presented. These are beneficial to developing my art physically, philosophically, and emotionally.
