Dr. Hagerty is the best doctor in the valley as far as I am concerned. She has more compassion and Witt's then the next 10 best caregivers combined.
I don't know about the doctors as I have never been seen there, but the office is definitely lacking a professional presence. I don't appreciate being treated like I don't matter or that my time doesn't matter just as much as theirs. Their voicemail said they were taking new patients and not to leave more then 1 message in 48 or 72 hours or something of that nature. I left a voicemail and heard nothing back so I called back after 3 business days and left another voicemail, still nothing back. I waited another 3 business days and called. This time their voicemail said they were not accepting new patients so there was no point in leaving yet another voicemail. Maybe I'm just a grouch, but they could have returned my message and let me know so I didn't waste my time trying to get an appointment there.

Dr Hagerty is the best! My experience with some of the staff, not so good! There is nothing more frustrating than going thru all the phone prompts to finally get a real live person & you are told to hang on...THEN THE DIAL TONE.
