Our family loves our local library! We've been going here since we moved to the community about 15 years ago. The staff are wonderfully helpful and it's just a very pleasant library atmosphere. Since the pandemic, I've been spending much more time at the library, checking out books and picking up craft kits for my kids to do at home. I love spending time at the library with my kids. It is a great Community Library with many resources, and also many great free events. We really take advantage of this Library. Also the friends of the library nonprofit sell used books, CDs, DVDs, and magazines for a few coins in the alcove of the library. All sales go back to the library.
We love it here. The staff are so helpful and kind, and my boys enjoy picking out books from their wide selection to bring home and read! There is always an activity like a scavenger hunt for them to do in the children's area.
The staff is professional and always helpful. The facility is clean and sanitary. They offer mask required hours. Onsite security is respectful and is a good addition to the team.
Nice Lybrary. Too many homeless people that stink, curse, and talk to themselves.
Really great place to learn, study, and read. Wifi is good, the place is clean and very welcoming. The staff are extremely helpful and thoughtful. They have computers for adults and children. There is also a printer, it is a bit expensive, I think $0.20 per black/white page but at least they have one. I recommend this library for everyone.
There are cute kid areas and the staff is very friendly. I had a staff member go above and beyond to help me locate specific books. I appreciate and enjoy the staff's kindness and helpfulness. : Keep it up.
love this library!!!best library I've ever been to with the exception of my university library : The kids look forward to coming here, love the reading programs available and the activities that keep my kids excited to come back. The staff has also been friendly, always tries to be helpful and patient, the library is always clean, and the staff is professional.
I used to love this library. I've lived in West Sac for several years, even before the library was remodeled. The icing on the cake was when one of the male librarians bullied me. I was talking in an already noisy library. Instead of politely asking me to be quiet, he shoved a sign in my face that said so. While doing that he said "She must not know how to read" and a lady who didn't work there agreed and said "Yeah she must not." I was a kid when this happened, I never came back to this library because of the bad memories it brings.
It is a very quiet, clean place. Many many titles to choose from in every genre available. Also offering audio books as well an assortment of CDs and movies to choose from. Highly accessible and convenient parking
Nicest people and very helpful I recommend this place
