On website, they say to email photo of item or items you want to consign. So I have done this now twice with descriptions and photos of the very high quality items I would like to consign and no one ever replies to the emails. If you don't want the stuff or you can't sell it, if someone takes the time to take a photo of something and send you an email, you can't just reply with a sentence that says you aren't interested? Kinda rude.
As a consignor, not a great place. Communication is poor. The owner is not very pleasant, but the other employees are. The items I left were way underpriced and incorrectly identified. One example being a lead crystal perfume bottle professionally appraised at $650.00 was labeled as a glass bottle for $25.00. Thank goodness it didn't sell. If you are a buyer, you could probably find some great deals on things.
Nice shop, pretty large. Had some interesting antiques in the center of the big room in some glass cases, I wouldn't say everything there is "antique." More of a mix of antique and thrift store. Nice though, there were alot of sale items that were pretty nice. Would visit again.
Great place, well organized, fun to visit
Buyer beware. No refunds or exchanges. Owner is crotchety. I purchased an item that did not work. When I asked why they sold me something that did not work, the owner replied, "well, obviously it worked for someone for years before they brought it into here to sell on consignment." I requested to exchange it for something 1/10th of the value and they said, "sorry, it doesn't work that way." Very poor customer service and satisfaction. You're better off shopping where you're patronage is valued.
A great place to find that just right piece. Stock changes to drop in a lot of your on a mission to find something special. Helpful and knowledgeable staff. Go meet Ivy she is a great.
This is my one-and-only store for finding the unique, totally pertinent, gift. No matter who you want a gift for, it can be found here. The quality and selection are unparalleled.....and I mean just about anywhere.
Well-displayed and tasteful assortment of items. I have both purchased and consigned. No problems on either side. Really fun to browse here.
Arranged nicely, priced well. Staff is friendly and let's you look around, but not difficult to find if you have questions. Parking is easy.
This store has interesting and one-of-a-kind items; I go every week to see what’s new there.
