Cupcakes are great here! I love that they use buttercream instead of icing. There are a variety of fun flavors to choose from. The place gets a little crowded during lunch, with limited seating, so try to visit before peak hours. We sat at the small counter and still had a lovely time because the service was so great!

Best Catering Experience Ever! Our experience with Alice Bakery & Confectionary ABC catering was nothing short of outstanding. The gourmet sandwiches, salads, quiche and desserts were over the top in terms of excellent taste and creative presentation. Our guests could not say enough about how much they LOVED the food and how they had to come back for "seconds" and "thirds". And ABC provided an incredible amount of food at a very reasonable price. My wife and I knew that the sandwiches would be very good as we had enjoyed eating lunch at ABC a number of times, but the salads and quiches at our event were also amazing. The owner, Dennis, was extremely pleasant and easy to work with. We have absolutely no regrets from choosing them to cater our family's celebration of life gathering ~120 people. We look forward to entrusting ABC with any future special event catering needs we have, and would highly recommend them.

Lovely experience every time I have come here. The Fajita Chicken Salad is my personal favorite item on the menu, but you really can’t go wrong! The staff is also incredibly friendly and accommodating. Just found out they’re BYOB and open for dinner a few nights a week- can’t wait to come back!

November 2019 Cool quaint place with small menu of sandwiches, soups, and salads.  Prices a bit high but the portion sizes are actually too large.  I’d rather the sandwiches be half their size and pay something like $9 instead of $12, for meals I can’t finish.  The Italian on baguette was really good, as was the tomato basil soup, but I didn’t care for the Greek salad, just lots of filler of core lettuce you really don’t eat and it was very unimpressive.  And the feta cheese was fried which was very odd.  The chicken salad sandwich was just ordinary and kind of dry.  Service was aloof, too.  She seemed a bit out of it, beginning with not leaving utensils and then my having to ask for napkins twice.

Excellent food. Obviously very fresh and high quality. Coming from New York City, I can say with great confidence that this bakery beats every sandwich/bread I have had there or in Philadelphia, hands down. The pricing is fantastic and the staff are immensely friendly happy and helpful. You will not be able to help making this your new favorite bakery/restaurant!

This is one of my favorite places to go to for lunch with my best friend. We try to make a point to come there whenever we're both off from work! It's always our number one choice. The staff is so friendly and Dennis is wonderful! The chicken salad sandwich is a MUST HAVE! Throughout this quarantine Dennis has been working so hard for customers and we couldn't appreciate it more!

Outstanding bakery. Croissants and pan au chocolate are phenomenal. The cupcakes are fantastic ... so many different varieties to pick from. And they even have gluten free options. Lots of tea and coffee to pick from. They have sandwiches and soup too!

Went in to grab some baked goods. I got 2 tarts and 2 croissants and they were all excellent. The total for these 4 came out to ~$15 so it’s very reasonably priced. I will definitely be returning to try more food here.

Not as good or fresh as on previous visits. When Dennis the owner isn't there, staff acts like they are doing you a favor waiting on you. This is the second time I've come in for an $11 sandwich and gotten less filling & semi-stale cold bread when fresh bread is obviously available. For a bakery of this caliber, inexcusable & lazy on staff's part. Mushroom soup is great and danishes are still pretty yummy. Please work on quality across the board -- including sweeping the place clean.

We've been regulars at Alice's for 4 years now and always have a positive experience when we go. We are obsessed with their cheddar jalapeño biscuit and they have the best iced coffee around their magic is in the crushed ice. The employees are always so friendly and helpful and the owner, Dennis, is there regularly and an incredibly nice guy. Go to Alice's it's an Ambler gem!
