I can't say enough good things about Arvada Barre Belle. Friendly environment that makes everyone feel welcome. A focus on form, helping to avoid injury. Classes are suitable for every level. Studio is clean and equipment is cleaned after every use. I have tried many barre studios and barre classes at gyms. These ladies know what they are doing and they are the best at what they do!
I highly recommend Arvada Barre Belle. The studio itself is gorgeous, a wonderful and pleasant atmosphere in which to work out. The instructors are knowlegeable, motivational and caring. Love the owners!!! Sessions are reasonably prices, with great deals throughout the year. A great addition to our community.
This little studio is exactly what I need after a long work day. The instructors are all excellent and the workout is always a hard one! As a former member of Lifetime Fitness who couldn't stand how packed the classes were this is a nice welcome change.
I started 2020 with a commitment to finally lose the baby weight a year later and had heard about barre from my hair stylist and also teacher Elissa. I bought a 2 week Groupon and, despite the small movements, it was intense, but my posture improved, my consistent tight muscles all the stress felt looser, my butt seemed slightly higher and I saw some massive improvements mentally and physically. After two weeks I had another Groupon and another free class elsewhere and I felt like I was missing something. I went back to Arvada Barre Belle and it’s exactly what I needed. Because of my work schedule I’ve only worked with Kat and Elissa and just when I think I finally have it, they kick my butt in a good way all over again. I’m grateful for the recommendation and the experience thus far and am so excited and beyond ready to get back to it.
Instructors are awesome, their music is fun and you get more of a workout than you think you're going to get. Get ready to sweat. You're going to be sore
