I accidentally locked myself out of my flat, but this locksmith company saved the day. They were prompt in their arrival, opened the door with efficiency, and charged fair prices. fantastic service

This locksmith provides prompt and trustworthy service. Within minutes of my call, they showed up, and they helped me get back into my residence.

When I locked myself out of my car, this locksmith came to my rescue. Excellent service, reasonable price, and quick answer.

Updated Review: Shortly after posting this review I received a phone call from David, who shared that he was the manager. Though it was not explained to me why the cost was so high for this particular service, David explained to me that the standard range for this service depending on situation and type of lock, etc was $200-$400. Had I known that before meeting up with the technician, I would have called another business.  I have added two stars to my review for the overall promptness of the service and for David’s call, and to his credit, he did offer me a partial refund. I also received a sincere and apologetic phone call from Gayle. I hope that this experience was just a technician-related error/miscommunication. Thank you both for caring enough about my experience to reach out to me promptly and directly.  Original Review:  Currently waiting to hear back from management as to why a simple service costs $400. Will update once I have received communication from them.  I do truly appreciate the help, of course, but this service took about 30 seconds, and the only tools involved were WD-40 and a card used to slip between the doorframe. I was expecting to pay somewhere between $75-$125, and I’d like an explanation as to why I was charged $400.

Yaniv came quickly and and got me back into my apartment easily. They’re friendly and fast!

I misplaced my car keys, but this locksmith saved the day. I quickly got back on the road when they quickly made a new key.

This locksmith did a great job changing the locks on my new house, which I needed to do. Now, I feel considerably safer.

Our child locked our master bedroom door around 8:30 pm, and within 5 minutes of requesting help, we received a call back. We live near Huntington Metro, and Yaniv showed up at our door 20 minutes later.  He was very polite, and taught us about what he’s doing.  The kids and I were very curious, and he was very pleasant to us.  He was able to use a special key that unlocked the pins and get us into the room.  It was very interesting to watch. Yaniv also replaced the key and we didn’t have to replace the whole lock.  If we’re ever in a bind, we’ll be sure to call back.  Overall, we are very pleased with his work!

Locksmiths are scammers, end of story. I called the number and asked them to quote me and the person answering said "the locksmith will call you and be able to give you more details," then the locksmith himself called me and told me "I won't know how much it is until I get there." When he got to my complex BEFORE he even saw my door he told me it was $285. Like you couldn't tell me this before on the phone?!?! It took him about 3 seconds to unlock the bottom lock on my front door, still it was $285 and an attitude from the man doing it.  If you find yourself locked out of your door and it's only the bottom lock, do yourself a favor and buy an Air Wedge tool, they're about $18 and will save you tons of money. The man who unlocked my door used just that and it took him about three seconds to get in. DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE.

In the middle of moving into a new place I accidentally threw out the key for the lock on my storage unit. It was late in the evening but Yaniv came out to my building and was able to take off the lock very quickly. I appreciate that he came well prepared just in case the lock was more difficult to open. I am very pleased with the service and feel relieved that this was able to be taken care of so quickly.
