Building Beyond Limits - Personal Training for Every Level
Welcome to ASCENT GYM. We are a fitness community located in the Glendale area, focusing on small group (4-12 people) personal training. We've found a way to bring a healthy lifestyle to Milwaukee while making it fun, affordable, and extremely effective. The cost of one personal training session will get you a month membership in our little nuts and bolts gym, and you'll love (and be sore) every minute of it.
We also offer Individual personal training to help those of you who have specific needs in health and fitness, or just like working one on one with a trainer. Our staff is certified and experienced in sports specific training, weight loss, and even special needs. Our goal is to help you find your limits, just so you can build beyond them!
