When you mix something old classic Bermuda CHARM and TRADITION with something new excellent customer service and modern approach, you get Ascots. Perfect place to stay, eat, meet... Good location unless you want to be on a beach. Great menu and attentive Staff. Business meeting or family celebration - always happy endings. And don't tell me that taking kids there is like spoiling them... It is like teaching them a good taste from early age maybe except for taste of vine, of course . Recommend.

We recently held our office Christmas luncheon at Ascot's, and as usual, they did not disappoint! The staff are always attentive, knowledgable and friendly. The special holiday menus were extensive, with something on offer to suit everyone in the group... including an entirely vegetarian special holiday menu! The food was delicious, and the ambiance was warm, welcoming and festive... a luncheon thoroughly enjoyed by all of us!

Outstanding dinner tonight. Started with the chicken & mushroom crepe. It was almost a meal on its own and delicious. Chose the beef short rib for an entree. So good. I loved the sauce. Ended with the lemon & blueberry sorbets. Also amazing. We took home a slice of the amaretto cheesecake for breakfast. The food was excellent. The wine was perfection. The cost of the dinner, especially compared to other restaurants this week, was great but the standout was the service. Our waiter “Honey” made sure we would be coming back but I will make sure he is working and we can be seated in his area. Thank you Neil for a very memorable birthday dinner! 5 unflinching stars.

Excellent restaurant at the Royal Palms Hotel. The staff and service is amazing, and the food is absolutely delicious. Recommend the Tuna, it melted in my mouth.

Great night out at Ascots during our recent trip to Bermuda! Our server was excellent albeit I could have moved a bit quicker between courses and the food was great. We ordered the mussels as they were on special and they were hands down the best mussels I’ve ever had in my life. Even thinking about them again now has me craving them. Absolutely delicious. The mains and dessert were also tasty. Will definitely return next time we’re in Bermuda. 5 stars!

Why don't we have a six star option? If you come to Bermuda, Ascots is a must. We have eaten our way through the island and this place is top notch. It is apparent that the chef who happens to be from Dublin is a specialist in classical French cuisine. My fish was delectable and my wife's duck confit was superb!!! Aside from the food, the atmosphere, the prompt service and the ambiance will bring us back for multiple meals whenever we visit Bermuda. At the moment, they have a prix fix menu that is so reasonably priced that you may question whether the food will be good. Let me resolve that issue for you. If they charged twice as much or more, no one who knew quality food would complain. We celebrated our 25th wedding anniversary at Ascots and I must say that I chose a winner in my wife and I chose another winner in choosing to celebrate such a special anniversary at Ascots.
