Our goal at ASD Fitness Center is to offer a safe comfortable fitness center for children, teens and adults with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD)
Description
A Place Where Fitness Speaks to Children, Adolescents and Adults with ASD. However we are open to all special needs. Our Sensory Friendly Facility is over 5000 sq ft. We offer one on one individualized training as well as small adaptive classes (karate, cardio, yoga, zumba & team building just to name a few)
