Their Yulee location is very beautiful and well managed. The local area Manager "Sharon" is very professional and easy to communicate with. The plaza maintained nice and clean the whole year around. Great to deal with them
STRAIGHT TRASH TO OUR NEIGHBORHOOD! The owner is a slum lord who does NOT care about his tenants, ran down conditions of buildings and DEFINITELY DOES NOT CARE ABOUT THE PEOPLES LIVES/PROPERTY HE is ruining around his properties. NO ACCOUNTABILITY WHATSOEVER. Only cares about money and his rich lifestyle of Mercedes and houses on the beach and river. Give someone else your money/business. You won't regret it. P.S. These pictures were taken when an open Ashourian business was still at this property. 3225 SOUTHSIDE BLVD is owned by the Ashourians
Beware of these guys. We had an absolutely nightmarish experience with them at every turn. Zero service & zero traffic. The anchor store went away before we were even set up and they opened up competitors business right next door to us. Any building problem that we had with utilities, roof, doors etc… was met with a “read the lease” response where we had to basically fox their building problems. It was a money pit!
This is Fine Jewelry and Diamonds on 2220 County Road 210 suite 208. We are tenants of Ash Properties and we are extremely satisfied with the owner. Very easy to deal with.
Highly offended! This isn’t our first rodeo this will be basically our 3rd business location from moving in the area the leasing agent for CR 210 GreenBriar basically tried to tell us due to salon suites our lash salon business basically wouldn’t be a good fit and that it would be competition because they may hire a esthetician there his tone and demeanor first off was racist . While it’s a nail salon down stairs and a hair salon literally next door. A salon suite can hire another hire stylist as will as a nail technician and they were able to put a business there. Im upset how this all went down. If he didn’t know anything about eyelash extensions because he could have ask we could have educated him more. He wasn’t trying to hear anything and we have the funds. My husband play for the jaguars now and I’m completely upset the way we were treated and will be looking elsewhere to put our lash salon again would be our 3rd location just wanted others to know how a black young entrepreneur was treated . Then caught an attitude when I stated could you just send over the information and then jacked up the price . Definitely should treated people with the same respect no street what color were disgusted with this company and our friends business is the kids clothing store in the same plaza who referred us to the area.
Very bad at communication. Always have to call several times to be able to talk to someone. They rarely reply to emails. Every time I call to ask about a unit for rent they always tell me "it has just been rented" but I never see anyone move into those units. Very bizarre business model. Seek alternatives!
I had really bad experience. . Don’t expect help from staff They pass you around like a ball . I have sent you the email no one has email me back ! Since you said someone with respond immediately!!! I’m still waiting
My name is Niranya Roberson, owner of Thai Blossom Bistro located on 10916 Atlantic Blvd. Ste. 24 Justin Plaza. This is one of many properties that own by Ash Properties. I signed a lease with one of their commercial properties in 2016 and built my Thai restaurant business which is successful until today. Unfortunately early in March, 2020 all small and big businesses were effected by Covid-19. I started to worry about my ability to pay the rent so I sent email out to Ash properties on March 20th, 2020 to main office and Keith B. a property manager to request some-kind of alternative to help with rent, cam, taxes. And several emails after the very first one. They ignored my emails at first and when I called they simply said we couldn't do anything just yet. So, I asked more and a lady who answer my called was hang up on me. I sent multi emails to Keith and finally he told me that his boss Mike Ashourian said "they will look into help their tenants case by case and in order to do so their tenants must apply for all government loans and must proofed that they done so. I did applied for PPP, EDIL, Grants, and other private lenders. I sent email to follow up because my rent will due again in 13 days. Keith replied with same BS...and it's we are look into alternative and still working on try to find way to help their tenants. I didn't ask for free rent, I did't ask for skip the rent, I didn't ask for loan from them. I only ask for if they can have a payment plan for me to pay a small amount in 3 - 4 payments per month. I asked for do not charge late fee. I asked for a solid answer to help me stay in business. They didn't say anything at all. I was frustrated and hope that this company or whoever in charge in this company read my concern from this Google's review and please help me, help us. So many of us here been so loyal to this company, never late on their payments, never raised any problem even though they are so many problem around this property. Thank you for reading. Tenants BEWARE- Ash Properties was just in the news because they spent almost 900,000 on a downtown property yet I am 32 days out and still fighting with them over getting my $3,000 deposit back. Teresa, who writes the checks for this company said it was mailed before the 22ND of January but wouldn't give me a check date, check number, verify the address where it was sent, the date it was sent or anything. She actually laughed and hung up on me which is okay because she was on speaker phone while I was at my attorney's office. We will see how funny it is if we have to go to court.
I've never seen a real estate company market it's tenants the way Ash Properties does. They truly believe that the tenant's success is their success. That's very rare these days. Keep up the great work guys!
