Dr. Rizvi is exemplary. The support staff led by Aruna is exemplary. Couldn’t ask for a better experience. Caring, courteous & exemplary bed FF use manners. Soft spoken & patient centric.
I've been a patient of Dr Rizvi for many many years. He is very knowledgeable on dentistry, he proceeds with care on needed treatments, and always reinforces what I need to do at home to keep healthy teeth and gums. I feel like I can relax in the chair finally as my teeth are getting the best care.
I had a small emergency and the staff and dentist were very helpful and accommodating. They able to work with my busy schedule on the same day. The dentist and the staff were very friendly.
We were in the midst of relocating from out of state when I had a dental emergency. We called the office and they quickly set up an appointment for the following morning. The issue was more serious than what I had originally anticipated. Dr. Rizvi made the time to make sure I had the necessary x-rays to analyze the situation properly and recommended a reasonable implant treatment plan. He then willingly discussed with an out of state member of our family who is also skilled in the area of required treatment. My sense from the visit is the office provides good solid fundamental dental care at a reasonable cost without the extra glitz that you might find elsewhere.
If you are looking for a great dentist look no further. The front office staff were so friendly and helpful, the assistant was so nice with the most gentle hands. The doctor was so informative, knowledgeable, gentle, funny, and had great bedside manner. I highly recommend this place. I’m so happy I found them.
I never provided feedback for anything until now, after visiting this doctor I felt like giving feedback for the first time. Dr Rizvi and Aruna are exceptional. Great quick service, no upsell, cross sell unlike other doctors in Ashburn area. Nice people, direct to business and no drama. I have been to two other doctors in Ashburn who cared money more, but finally found a great doctor and practice who cares about their patients.
It was a very nice experience. Doctor was really nice and explained everything well.
The staff and the doctor are very friendly They treat you with dignity and respect and very polite and they work as a team and very professional and what they do I will highly recommend this practice to anyone who is not looking to get ripped off by a dentist they will be upfront with you with all the charges that you will incur A+
I have been going to Dr. Rizvi for many years. He is very professional, courteous and most importantly makes appointments to fit our busy schedules. His staff is amazing. Place is always very clean and tidy. Keep it up Dr. Rizvi and team!
Worst Service EVER!!! BEWARE!! BEWARE!! I got dental treatment form this place in 2021. Extracted one teeth and other fillings. Dental facility take money from me and didn't file insurance claim yet with one of my insurance provider Aetna yet. I contacted them many times and they didn't file yet. its been an year. They didn't even return the balance amount yet to me.. Moreover they take money upfront before providing the service. Luckily insurance stopped payment for the treatment they did not provided to me. Looking for legal/other options to get this done.. I have zero trust with the doctor and the facility. BEWARE!! Don't risk loosing your teeth and money!!
