I took my 4-year old here for her first dental appointment. It was a wonderful experience. The dental hygienist was so sweet and patient with my little girl. She took her time and explained each step to my little girl so she would know what was happening and wouldn’t be scared. The receptionist was so sweet and nice as well, she gave my little girl “extra” treats for being good on her first visit. The dentist was awesome! He was very patient and soft spoken to Anna so she wasn’t afraid. He explained everything he was doing. This is a wonderful place to take your children. I would recommend this office to anyone looking for a great dental experience.
The staff was extremely friendly and addressed all of our questions and concerns. The facility was clean and organized and had a mini playroom. My favorite part was how accommodating they were to my daughter! This is the best pediatric dentist I have ever visited. I would highly recommend this pediatric dentist to any parent!
April and Savitrice are two the best at Ashby Park Pediatric Dentistry. They are both passionate about dental care, have compassionate attitudes, are great listeners, are able to multitask efficiently and have strong communication skills. I appreciate them both for being patient with my kids and for helping make my kids’ biannual dental visits pleasant experiences.
We've been going here for YEARS... AND through the years they have gotten worse and worse! We use to stay for the dentist only,!Dr. Matt was the greatest,but then he poorly replaced... they quickly realized this and replaced him with Dr.John who was also THE ONLY reason we continued to stay... however, if you want good service with hygienists or front desk FORGET IT! NOW THAT Dr. John is gone too, definitely NOT worth the headache of horrible service and communication. You can never get in touch with anyone and when you do they make appointments and give you the wrong day and time this has happened more than once and it gets worse, I'm talking about scheduling appointments MULTIPLE times and showing up for them and the office being closed all together.. zero calls to inform you! You will take off work go get your kids out of school early show up and the office will be closed and they don't even apologize or reschedule unless you ask!!! This has happened 5 times in the last 18 months! This isn't all, the horror continues... we have a child with disabilities and while I'll admit most experiences with hygienist are pleasant there have been multiple times we've gotten bad apples so to speak and one time so bad and it was so traumatic that the dentist stepped in to stop it! She was causing physical pain out of frustration to my child which is unacceptable!!!!! This was addressed and we agreed to continue to see Dr Jon because he was that great but now that he is gone too and we had yet ANOTHER LOCKED DOORS APPOINTMENTS WITHOUT ANY CALLS TO INFORM OR RESCHEDULE WE WILL TAKE ALL 9 KIDS ELSEWHERE!!!!!
We take all 4 of our kids there ranging in age from 5-15. We loved how April was so good in calming our 15 year old with anxiety. Thank you all.
Amazing! My kids loved everyone there. My son is 5 and he loves them there. I’ve never seen him act like that at any doctors office. My daughter Mariah is scared on dentist but immediately got 110% comfortable with the dental assistant then with the dentist!! Amazing first time! Today she had to have a cap, a crown and an extraction and for the first time was not a bit scared with the novocaine shots and never on Ed flinched! If you want a great dentist for your child or children Ashby Park is the perfect one! Yahhh keep doing what you do just like you are !!!! My kids and I adore you.
I took my son in with an injury to his tooth after falling on the playground at school. He had to get a filling on the front toothto repair it. Dr. Caitlyn and April were absolutely fabulous. They kept him comfortable and entertained throughout the process.
I had to take my son for emergency visit and they were very professional and attentive to us. Considering staying for regular dental care.
Awesome facility! The tree house area in the lobby was super cool. My son really enjoyed waiting for his appointment. He was not too happy to be pulled away, but the nice man gave him a truck and stickers once checkup was over. Very sweet dentist. Love that my child gets to have a better experience with his first dentist than I ever could have imagined. Thank you so much!
My kids used to see a dentist at Kool Smiles and we were very unhappy. We switched to Ashby Park 3+ years ago and it's been great! We have seen 3 different dentists at Ashby and each one has been very nice. One of my kids doesn't like the dentist but Ashby works very hard to help her feel comfortable and relaxed. Highly recommend.
