This place is great! There is a wide variety of stores, and a food court with plenty of selection! As with any mall, there are plenty of restrooms that are handicap accessible, and several family restrooms throughout. There is plenty of parking and accessibility is not an issue. If you don't want to eat in the food court, there are dozens of restaurants nearby.
Good stores and more than one area to occupy young kids. They have carts to use if you have young children, that entertain the kids. They have massage chairs to rest and relax in. There's a decent food court, and plenty of kiosks. I would have given 5 stars if their hours were better. All but 2 of the stores do not open until 11am, the other 2 open around 10am. I would shop there much more often if they opened around 9am.
Great experience with Vision Works and Ashland Town Center. I am in a wheelchair and everyone was pleasant and helpful! Very excited to shop here again!
Worked in multiple stores within the mall and have seen cockroaches in even the cleanest of locations. I have seen cockroaches consistently scurry around in the morning or at night. I have spotted them near open drains and around backrooms from working here. I have never worked in the food court, but I don't want to after seeing small groups of them run towards the restaurants after hours. No thank you!
Nice clean mall. Definitely check out Time Warp if you like nerdy stuff. Also go to Super Hero Creamery for a good ice cream and a comic book! Both stores are locally owned and do a wonderful job!
Francis Hughes was running a kiosk and it was amazing to see her! Great customer service from her. I visited the pretzel maker and those kids were absolutely amazing! I left Great tips for them! Keep up the great work kiddos!
Trick or treat at the Ashland mall was exciting and the children loved it all!
Lots of options for clothes, shoes, and accessories, for the entire family. Its a one-stop shop. The food court is kept clean and the little kids love the play area.
This was a very nice mall I enjoyed it took my daughter it's family friendly Customer services great stores were very nice had so much to choose from highly recommended if you around their stop by and see for yourself
I absolutely love the genius of Superhero Creamery in the Ashland Town Center; wonderful concept and unexpected in this area, Southern California, certainly. They are going to be opening a second location as well. I'll jump on The Fool's Errand and ride out there when they do.
