Bakery Zeal is my future legacy and stamp on this planet. After having more jobs and good sobs than I care to count, I have finally come full circle. I've realized that my struggles/triumphs in an allergy filled world can potentially help others around me. The very core of this company is my passion and desire to even out the foodie field for those of us that suffer from some type of allergy or intolerance. Not only that, but to make it appealing or just plain sexy. Those of you who are gluten intolerant (or have tried a GF diet) know what I mean...some GF pastries just aren't that appetizing. So, all of you hungry people out there who are in my shoes (or are just plain curious), leave your allergies and intolerance at the door...the pastries are fine in here! <3
