I was in an out of the store in less than 15 minutes. I walked in. The sales employee was at the door and greeted me immediately. Very friendly. I told him exactly what I wanted and he took me directly to it. We talked over each one and the difference in comfort and price. I made my choice. I chose to finance. The application took maybe a minute. Quick approval. And signed 2 documents. Received the pickup location and left. Honestly the service was perfect and I have no complaints. Great first impression and I will be shopping at that location again.

Amber was a delight! She was super helpful and a pleasure to work with. She was not pushy in the least and was very patient as I kept changing my mind. She is definitely my new go-to!! I ended up buying more than I initially planned on, not because I felt pressured, but because she worked with me to get the best discounts possible. Ask for Amber and you won’t regret it!!

Not a perfect experience but we were able to communicate and compromise. Some miscommunication from the sale, misunderstanding on delivery, supply chian shortage but we have a beautiful set of patio furniture. End result, we are happy. High expectations when you spend $6k on outdoor furniture.

I would recommend Ashley to anyone. The quality of furniture is wonderful. The customer service is great.

I came in to Ashley Furniture looking for a dining room table that can fit a family of 6. Found the perfect table and was so well accommodated by Skylar! She was amazing. So pleasant and provided all the information I needed. I would also like to highlight Doug who offered a plate set with the dining table! I cried tears of joy. We just had a wonderful experience buying a couch from Ashley Furniture today! It was the right style and price and such a positive buying experience. Gee helped us find what we wanted and didn't try to push us into buying anything we didn't want - her friendly, non-pushy approach to helping us was refreshing and wonderful! We will definitely be buying furniture from this store in the future, especially if Gee is still working there!

I thought I knew what I wanted until I saw the couch. They had it in stock and added an additional armchair for a great price. Delivery was set around my schedule easily and everything was quick and seamless. The variety they carried was impressive and beautiful. We’ve actually chosen a couple more pieces to add to our home! Definitely recommend.

We love this store! The whole staff is super friendly & so helpful, Jarrod especially! We’ve purchased 3 pieces of furniture from the Clarksville Ashley store over the last 2 months. Every time we go, we look for Jarrod to help us. He’s so friendly and super knowledgeable. They have a huge selection of beautiful furniture, decor, accent pieces, bedding, etc., and there’s always a great sale going on. 12/10 would recommend!

Dalton at Ashley Home Furniture was awesome. He greeted us as soon as we entered and showed us exactly what we were looking for in our budget. He gave us multiple purchase options and allowed us to choose the best option for us. He was extremely helpful, patient, and had a great attitude. Very great salesmen and I would recommend anyone to go to Ashley just to see Dalton!
