I kind of decided that I wanted to buy a couch on a whim. Like a lot of other people, I knew I wanted a brand new couch. I didn't want to worry about bedbugs or anything else. I checked out the Ashley Furniture website and snapped a few screenshots of couches that were in my price range and the different styles I liked. I set up an appointment with Frank Ramirez in Blythe and he took me around the beautifully decorated store couch hunting. Two couches really stood out to me and it was so hard making a decision. The couch I ended up purchasing was called Calion in the grey color. It all came down to comfort. This couch took the cake. Frank was SO patient and friendly and knowledgeable about the different items in the store. He was very professional. I had a 5 star experience and cannot wait to receive my couch soon. As always Kristina is very attentive, knowledgeable and treats us very nice. I contacted her via text, sent her sample of what I needed and she was able to provide us with a reasonably priced piece of furniture. Thank you Kristina. Let me start by saying that Josefa is great, really top notch customer service and very pleasant to work with. This review started as three stars for reasons concerning delivery and communication but I have edited it to reflect the care and exemplary level of customer service from Tony. He really went above and beyond for me and I appreciate that more than he’ll ever realize. Thank you Blythe Ashely Furniture, Josefa and Tony!!
Josefa is very good at what she does, I always go to her because she goes through great lengths to make a customer happy. Also she is very nice and helpful. Friendly and helpful employees. Kristina was great about getting all our questions answered quickly and looked up items they didn't have in stock in the showroom to make sure we were happy with all of our final choices.
It was a nice store very helpful and friendly I was approved quickly and picked out a dinette and other items.
Everytime I come to Ashley all of the employees are very helpful and do their best to help find what items fit your needs. Josefa is who helps me often and always does a great job !
There is lots of inventory from which to select. Kristina was very helpful. The prices are reasonable.
