Really please with this staff here. Our salesmen Shawn was really great to work with! Our order was a bit late, understandable with the way the labor market has been and they were good enough about letting us know when there was a delay. There was also an issue during the delivery and the manager went above and beyond to take care of us. It’s easy to get a 5 star review when everything goes right, but everything didn’t go right and they were that great that they still get a 5 star review. This is the kind of place you want to work with.

The whole Ashley staff was SO HELPFUL! My Air Bnb needed an urgent bed replacement and within a day they were able to provide me with a wonderful bed, at a good price, and helped with my arrangements to get it set up. Thanks Ashley! You are the best!

Rachel was professional and personable on the phone. I called with questions about a large sofa I was looking at, online. She patiently and completely answered all of my questions and suggested a few questions I didn't think of. When I called back, she promptly returned my call and I placed an order with complete confidence. I will definitely purchase additional items for my new home.

Not a good experience at all. Everyone was very strange and didn’t seem to want to work there at all. Most employees were just listening to music and didn’t care that we were there at all and it seemed everyone hated their job. We went to almost every other furniture store in Bozeman on a mad hunt for a box spring and ran into amazing people at every other store except Ashley’s. With the option to go to the many other furniture stores in Bozeman I would highly recommend doing so

Great selection with prices ranging from reasonable to aspirational. Rachel was wonderful. She was knowledgeable, kind, and incredibly low pressure in her sales approach. My previous furniture purchases were much more stressful. This experience was painless, even pleasant. I will be back.

Our salesman Chris was quite literally the best I’ve ever had. Hands down he helped all my needs and didn’t push anything on me at all! Super friendly guy, and so good at his job. If you go here ask for Chris, you won’t be let down.

Really frustrating experience with this store. My business delivered food to this address but the woman had put in the wrong address, so it took a long time, and had to be corrected after she called looking for it. I heard the phone conversation that my manager had, and he did everything he could to correct the situation in as polite a manner as possible. When I delivered the food she lied about this and told me he was an “asshole” in front of all her coworkers. I went to leave, but she was continuing to bad mouth our business if front of all her coworkers, so I went back and told not to lie to them. Very unprofessional, I spent 10k on furniture here last year, and 1 particular couch took so long to arrive that I eventually got a U haul and picked it up out of 4 corners. Wasn’t impressed then, and I’m not impressed today.

In a few phone calls with Hannah I was able to complete my purchase of full bedroom set, mattress and stools for the kitchen, delivery with setup snd within my $ range. Excellent service.

4 Stars for Andrea who helped me on Sep 7. She was helpful and ordered exactly what I wanted. I cannot give a good review for the lack of help I received on Sunday, Sep 3.

Best prices that we found in Bozeman for the recliner we were looking for for my husband. Hannah and Emily were very helpful and friendly. The store has a good inventory. Recommended.
