Staff at this Ashley store is always super nice and welcoming! The store itself has a great selection. The only thing you need to know is that the furniture is to-order, which means it'll be a while before it gets to you. Knowing this, it's great, and beautifully arranged, pleasant to walk around in. Staff are always eager to help- Make sure to ask for Meredith!
WARNING* DO NOT GET YOUR FURNITURE HERE! If it's not in stock it'll take 3+ months to get it and they will not allow you to cancel your order! Trash place. Trash people. Wouldn't recommend to anyone not even my worst enemy.
I ordered my furniture October 2021. I had to repeatedly call and FINALLY got my furniture delivered September 2022. The chest was damaged and was told “you can refuse it they can try to fix it”. My couch had an indention in the fabric that had almost created a hole in the fabric of the couch. It has been nothing but a NIGHTMARE dealing with them. I will NEVER again do business with them and will tell everyone I know to never use their services.
