Ashley purchase was very convenient, right from the sales person who helped us with our order to the delivery staff. The best thing was that I was able to track the delivery truck route. I was told delivery between 3-6 and the furniture was delivered at 4:30. They took great care with the delivery and assembly.
Bought there the sofa. The sales team was amazing, very helpful, and very knowledgeable. However, the overall experience with Ashley store was horrible. When it came to the delivery part, Ashley customer care service was highly unprofessional and very poorly trained. I had to reschedule the delivery time several times b/c somehow they dictate the time. I live in the newly built building and it was very hard to book the elevator. The kept putting me in the timeslot that was very inconvenient for me. The customer rep Jenny? was very rude and unprofessional, denied to help with accommodation. We are now shopping for a baby furniture, and I would never do the same mistake and get that headache again.
The furniture and the service that we got at the store were tremendous, and even on the date of delivery of the furniture, which was today, all the pieces were delivered and set-up correctly, and the assembly process was very smooth. However, the sofa that we selected wasn't as per the description we gave to the staff in-store. And now, on our move-in date to our new condo, we will have to stay in our living room with no sofa till the store replies to us...
Definitely great experience. The Asian girl who helped us if I’m not wrong her name was Dong hi was amazing. Super friendly and patient even though she said it’s her second week there. The manager also was really welcoming, knowledgeable and honest about the products. 10/10
Definitely the worst experience ever. We went there to buy all the furniture cause we don't have any chair in our apartment to set on. After we decided what we want we mentioned that please don't be late for the delivery, cause we don't have anything in our apartment .So they promised us that everything is in stock and the delivery will be on time. But unfortunately the delivery time was changed twice, and on the both time no one called us telling that they are not coming. Last time we went back to the store asking them what's the problem, they told us that not all the items are in stock. So we canceled the order after a big argument with them. Lucky to have our money back.
This store hires a bunch of incompetent people who promote unlawful sales practices. The first problem I encountered was the lady who took the sale FAILED to get our delivery date correctly. This is probably the easiest part of her job and created a huge inconvenience as we had to drive all the way to the store to make the delivery change phone lines are always disconnected or crashed. Then the delivery guys refused to bring up our mattress..... they called upon arrival saying they will reschedule delivery. Tell me why you have 2 completely useless delivery drivers who rather pass off their workload to someone else. We had to HIRE movers to pick up the mattress from the facility and pay out of pocket. The cherry on top is when our box spring did not fit on our bed frame we had requested a return to which we find out its final sale. We had asked numerous times to our sales associate and there was no mention of a final sale on the box springs. I see all the bad reviews and Ashley's furniture store seems to just post generic feedback but just like their guest care lines - they are incompetent and lack customer service. To anyone considering buying from here - I HIGHLY suggest going elsewhere. This place is nothing buy headaches the minute they have your payment.
It is my humble suggestion that you do not purchase from Ashley Home Store; they are scammers. Recently I purchased furniture from Ashley, and I received all the damage. It's not exchanged, just repaired. They said it's manufactured the same way. The service I receive from guest care is terrible every time I call. It has been more than a month since the issue was not resolved. A terrible experience with Ashley. Hello Ashley, I have sent my issues to your email as you mentioned in your response It is more than a week since I have not heard from you. stop fooling customers.
Went to purchase a new couch, and was met by Geetha at the front entrance, who provided amazing customer service from the start, as well as the manager, the tall young gentleman. As a matter of fact, the entire team was very pleasant and attentive. We fell in love with this leather sectional, they didn't have a floor model but took a chance. Gurmail & his partner were amazing. How do I give them a recommandation? They were kind, very attentive, and were very productive. Great team, absolutely would give them 10 stars. Please give them my THANKS, they should be recognized for their work ethic, they deserve that and more. Thank you.
