We have had the best service since buying furniture at Ashley in Mason City, IA. Chris P is one of the best people that have helped us find our bed and even now a couch. He showed us to the beds told us about some, then let us be and came back to check and then he helped us narrow it down. We did have 4mths to try out this bed which unfortunately we did have to return it, as it was not right for us. Chris P understood this and made our next purchase just right and we love the new bed now. Thank you Chris P. We also did purchase a new couch as well and couldn't be happier. This place is a very well at welcoming you in and asking what you are needing then letting you be and checking up on you later. Not hounding you at all. I will defiantly do business here again and again. Could not ask for better service. We did have to go get a new bed for our son just recently as well and Regina W. helped us and she was also great at getting what he needed and answering his questions. Job well done to this store and Chris P.
Christopher H. was very helpful in helping us pick out our new dining room and living room furniture! He helped us find the exact things we wanted and more options than we found ourselves. We appreciate the patience as we debated our needs and the speed of arrival of our items.
We have been working with Chris for over six months and he has been the best. We wanted our furniture to be held for us because of a remodel and they had no problem holding it for months. When we called to say we were ready for delivery, they were accommodating and very helpful. We will definitely buy from this store again. Highly recommend!!
Acquired a new bed set that id received awhile back not sure if it was even purchased from this location but i was missing two brackets that had been discontinued for the headboard but were used on lots of other existing headboards. I spent lots of time talking to Corporate sending pictures ect. but they wouldn't do anything for me because didn't have order number.. This was a brand NEW never been used just been in storage, but when i went here and talked to the store manager DAN and explained my situation he went above and beyond and ended up getting what i needed. This store has fantastic staff and don't just give up right away. I encourage anyone that is looking for high quality furniture with a great staff this is the place to go. I will be back to purchase more things. Thanks again Dan.
We worked with Chris at the store in Mason City IA. I had been in several times. I never felt rushed. He was never pushy. He never hovered around. He showed me around and left me be which is just what I wanted. Finally after 4 visits to the store we made up our minds and we are in LOVE with everything we purchased. I highly recommend this store and Chris if you need new furniture

Dan and his crew at Ashley HomeStore in Mason City made our experience fun. Dan is a great guy and is laid back and easy going. My favorite thing about him is that he tells it like it is. He is professional, all smiles, and has great prices too. He and the girls ran furniture all over the store to get the living room look we wanted. The wall decor' and pillows and vases and tables and couches and chairs all look great. With our remodel in process at our home they will wrap it all up and store it until we are ready for it. Ashley Home Store is a great furniture buying experience and it's right here in North Iowa.
Chris P assistant manager worked with us. He was excellent to work with. He gave us space and time for me and my husband to discuss what we were purchasing. He listened to our needs and directed us to products he thought would benefit us. He gave a lot of valuable information.
Extremely happy with our purchase. Our salesperson "Christopher " was so friendly, we really enjoyed working with him. He helped with putting together something that were would like and fit the area we needed the purchase for. We will return again
