Corey was extremely helpful and attentive! From the second we walked into Ashley’s, we were greeted and shown items similar to what we were looking for. The guidance was informative and thorough. Someone was always nearby to help, while still allowing us the time to deliberate and look around on our own. The store has a great selection with affordable prices, and the employees all have a wonderful upbeat energy. We ended up getting a gorgeous reclining couch. Would highly recommend!
Terrible experience with this store. The sales representatives gave me incorrect information about the required measurements of my doorway telling me that the couch would NOT fit unless it were a certain width, and convinced me to pay for the $170 guaranteed delivery. The couch arrives, and I look at it, measure it, and turns out it absolutely would have fit and had room to spare. I called to see if anything could be done since this was a service they sold me on that I did not need, and the manager I spoke with was unbelievably rude and just kept repeating the same bogus line about "this is our recommendation and you don't have to take it, that's on you for deciding to" - basically telling me that I shouldn't have trusted what his employees told me about the measurements. What excellent customer service! Isn't the point of their sales reps to provide me with correct information? Terrible experience, I would absolutely not trust anything their employees tell you and make sure you do your own investigation into dimensions to determine if you need this service or not. I provided them my doorway measurements, and they told me that I needed it or else the couch wouldn't have fit, and they said they would charge a $100 fee if it ends up not fitting, so of course they are trying to sell me on the guaranteed service. Unbelievably not cool, and definitely not cool of them to not want to do anything to rectify this. Will not be going back. I would have been a returning customer, but not anymore. 2 stars only because the couch is nice and the delivery guys were great.
See below for review edit** I ordered a couch 2 months ago and paid in full. I explained at the time of purchase that I know many things are back ordered so I’m hoping to find a floor sample or something in stock. Our sales person told us have no fear this couch will be there in 3 weeks, March 15 2022 but not only have we not gotten our couch, we haven’t heard a single update from the store. I’ve had to call the Ashley hotline 4 times and every time I’ve called I’ve heard a different answer about this sectional. They said half of it was in stock and coming March 29 then the 29th past with no call. Then the first week of April and I called any today to hear April 15. I understand things are backordered but it’s not acceptable to continue to withhold information from a customer you’ve already taken $2000 from. I’ve tried calling the store and been disconnected multiple times. I’m extremely dissatisfied and will not be shopping at Ashley ever again. Review edit** on April 1 the couch was delivered. Unfortunately I had to negatively review the store to get the couch to arrive but the delivery team was great and the couch is wonderful!
Cassy and Xavier were extremely helpful with my purchase. Cassy made sure to explain to me the benefits of getting a proper mattress, and she was very informative and genuine. Xavier definitely made sure to assist me with payment plans and to ensure I was able to get all the furniture I asked for. He also explained the payment plans to me in a way that was almost foolproof. Also, they were patient and took the time to understand how I wanted my apt to look. I showed them a video of my apt and they literally tried to figure out how the furniture will look in my Apt!
Had a wonderful experience! Was greeted by a absolute great young lady Jazz. She was very friendly and knowledgeable about their products also Roy who was very professional and friendly who help me allot to get all my measurements correct . They show me allot of variety of recliner and great quality and prices. I bought almost everything furniture from a Ashley. It a wonderful store. I would 10/10 recommend for your next furniture purchase.
My entire experience was great. It took me 4 visits to the store but the sales people were great! Delivery was on time and the guys were neat and quick.
I found the service at Ashley to be exceptional. The interaction with the representative,Kanan,was amazing from the moment he offered his assistance when I entered the store to when he carefully placed some of the items I purchased into my friend's car. He was persistently professional,polite,caring, and patient. He was also very knowledgeable about the products and he exhibited a great sense of humor while providing the service. It was indeed a great shopping experience.
I went to shop for bedroom furniture for me and my boys. I was greeted by Adele who helped me find the best bunk bed and queen size bed. She was very helpful and patient with me. Anything i seemed confused about she took her time explaining all the different beds and mattresses. Let’s just say i walked out of that place a very happy person. Ask for Adele when you go. She’s the best.
Great service. Xavier was very welcoming, friendly, gave me all the proper info and was a straight shooter. Didn't pressure. Customer service was great with a nice cup of coffee and water. Quick transaction too! Highly recommend you giving this store a chance.
Alberto in valley stream store was so helpful once I arrived to New York from Florida. He was able to get my delivery earlier than the original date I got online from Florida. Great customer service, great delivery the guys were so professional and I am in love with my set of bedroom.
