Overall a good experience. My complaints are few. The first one is I really do not like being heckled as soon as I walk in to look at furniture. Don't mean to be offensive here, but I felt like I was at used car dealer lot. Also, I can see that there was some tension amongst the sales associates. I felt like I was being looked at like as a $ sign. Jose, the associate who helped me, was really nice and very Patient with me. I enjoyed working with him. He didn't apply any pressure to me. The purchase was easy and the delivery and setup was a snap. I will definitely buy from Ashley's again. Just be warned when you walk in, you will be hounded. Pricing was a little confusing, make sure to turn around the price signs to make sure you are getting an accurate reading on pricing.

This review is for 12/2021. What can I say, I simply had a wonderful experience here. Anna Garcia was an excellent salesperson and an excellent person to work with. She was very patient and very knowledgeable. She took care of us from the very beginning as I walked in the door to the very end of our transaction. Im not guilty, to say that I absolutely appreciate the professionalism offered here at Ashley's furniture. Thank you very much for a wonderful experience and thank you very much for a great deal that we were able to get today. Keep up the great work. Definitely recommend anyone in the antelope valley to come by and check out the great quality furniture at an affordable great price. Thank you.

I just purchased a mattress from this store and they gave me a great deal! Ana helped me get this hassle free. Should be delivered rather quickly. I will definitely recommend more people visit here for their mattress needs! Ana rocks!

Was in need of a king mattress & a base for a great and reasonable price and let me tell you I found that here! I was helped by Vernon which I may add he was extremely patient and very helpful to me. Since at first I wasn’t sure what brand I wanted or what type of mattress was right for me. He showed me around and he respected my budget I had at the time. I ended up going with the Ashley’s brand Hybrid bed and it is awesome. Vernon thank you for helping me out you are the best! Will definitely be going back

Best place to get QUALITY furniture. The sales staff will work with you to get you out the door with the furniture and mattresses that you need. I worked with the salesperson, Ana, and she made sure I was taken care of. She gave us space to shop, was VERY personable, and we were so happy to have purchased with her. Great deals too!

BOBBY is a great professional person that I have dealt with for many years. He is not pushy, he listens and always excels in customer service. He even went as far as getting an issue with a previous purchase handled along with the help of the mgr that was awesome to see. It definitely pays to buy the warranties to insure ur product. Walter was my sales person and was very knowledgeable and helpful not to mention professional and at the same time very nice and understanding to my budget.
