I had the most outstanding shopping experience at Ashley furniture and Paul Bonzer was my sales associate. He was so patient with me and gave me a tour of all the different items I was looking for, helping match pieces together, made suggestions I hadn’t even thought of. It was the most pleasant easy experience I walked out of there with seven items for my new place which I absolutely am in love with. The prices were great I highly highly recommend Ashley furniture. And if you’re lucky enough to work with Paul tell him I said hello!

Fred was great. We saw the sofa/loveseat on Wednesday and came back to purchase on the weekend. He was able to schedule delivery for Wednesday this week. Thanks

ATTENTION !!!!! PLEASE DON'T PAST THROUGH NEGATIVES THAT EASILY!!, this way you don't have to be trapped like others!!! after spending $5500 then being humiliated and disrespected!!! this is the sofa I bought From Ashly furniture and it is "ONLY 7 DAYS OLD" look at the sitting marks and it doesn't go away,ASHLY FURNITURE ARE SAYING IT IS OVER 72 HRS AND NOW IT IS MY PROBLEM?!!!! new sofa should look like this after 7 days??!!!! PEOPLE !!! YOU MAKE THE JUDGMENT

Duke and the manager of the store went above and beyond! After I had completed my shopping, I went to my car to leave and found my car battery dead! The manager and Duke helped me jump my car so I could go buy a new one! During the shopping experience Duke was informative and wasn’t pushy like some salesmen. He helped me make knowledgeable choices by showing me all of the options available! Overall, if I could rate this store a 10 I would! Will definitely be returning!

I bought a rocker recliner. It’s beautiful and it matches perfectly with my couch and sofa. Bobby did a great job working with me and was very patient and helped me get a great deal including delivery set up. Thank you Jessica for your assistance as well. I’ve helped friends in the past decorate their entire home with Ashley furniture.

I was looking for a specific sectional, which they were able to help me find. I was also given very clear help on when it would ship. I ALSO had to call back 4 times because I didn’t use a measuring tape the first time. But Dan stuck with me, set up my order, and helped me modify it so it’s exactly what I need and I know that it will fit. Thank you so much for the help!! Also the price was better than I expected too.

I purchased furniture from Ashley with a promotion of 0% interest for 60 months through synchrony. I then put the account in auto pay and let it be. Surprisingly I started getting interest charged after about 12 months and I didn't notice for sometime. I contacted Synchrony and they are willing to resolve but need Ashley to be on phone with them or communicate. I tried contacting the store but they are not willing to be on the phone or providing any help resolving it. Even though they raised a case but they are not taking any ownership of the issue. case# 07055300. no communication or updates on the case or months while I am getting interest charged.

Yvonne was a great saleswomen, and handled everything well. I got the entertainment center I wanted, and was out of there within the hour. I appreciate the level of care she brought and left knowing I was going to get something really great for my home.

We went to four furniture stores that day. When we entered Ashley, PJ greeted us in a professional yet personal way that was very different from the others. We explained what we needed and what our budget was. He made it happen with furniture we were very happy with within a couple hundred dollars of what we wanted to spend including shipping, set up, and mattresses! This is what a furniture store is supposed to be. Thank you PJ, you’re the best!

My grandmother and I came in Saturday morning to look for a new dining room table set. Bill was beyond helpful and patient in helping us find the perfect set. Thank you, Bill, for helping us make our house feel like home!
