My wife and I bought a recliner in March. We had to wait until the end of April for it to be delivered. When we received the recliner, it was brought to us broken. We called and requested it get replaced. They said they would repair it. We waited a month for repair people to show up, and they came with incorrect parts. They took pictures and assured us they would bring the correct parts as soon as possible. Today, the repair people showed up again with incorrect parts again. I've been the owner of a broken recliner and no real remedy for quite some time now.

Dylan Snow helped us pick out a new couch and he was excellent! He worked with us around our budget and helped us get delivery set up. The couch arrived today and the delivery men were super fast and very kind. If I ever buy another piece of furniture I’m definitely going back to the lake and working with Dylan!

I recently came in to Ashley furniture and had a great experience. Customer service was top notch; they give you space to browse but are available when you need them. Dylan helped arrange a seamless pick-up from the warehouse. 10/10 would recommend shopping at Ashley furniture. I'll be back for future purchases!

We bought some of their furniture in another state. It didn't fit our room but once it was purchased. No refund or exchange. And the junk they sold us was foreign made press board. Junk. Would not recommend at any price.

I love a good furniture store, and I have seen a LOT of them, but I especially love the Ashley Furniture store in Osage Beach! The store is so nice and clean, and they do an excellent job at showcasing. Highly recommend coming here for any furniture needs, Vernon is super helpful, and I know I'll be asking for him the next time I come to make a purchase!

Was furniture shopping with some friends and happened to visit this Ashley home store. We had a great time looking at the new styles and the staff were very informative and welcoming. The way that this store is designed made it easy for me to visualize ideas for my own home.

I like the furniture selections here. I was looking for ideas for a small dining space. The sales rep was helpful without being too pushy and in my face I can't tell you how much I want to just go in and lil for ideas sometimes without being harassed, lol. He showed me a selection tool to find things not on the floor. Good stuff!
