My sales lady Debbie was so friendly, helpful and non present for enough time for me to look around without feeling hovered. I found my perfect set of living room tables. The delivery was way quicker than anticipated. Thank you Ashley Furniture it was an easy and pleasant experience. I'll definitely come back.

My wife and I purchased a couple living room sets at the Ashley store in Prescott. We didn’t intend to buy as much as we did, but the quality of the furniture was great. Even better was the customer service. Chris Francis walked us through what they had in store and on their website. We found what we wanted and we put the deal together, Chris brought his manager Alma over. She was polite and helpful. One last mention. We live up on a mountain and delivery would have been expensive and challenging. Chris offered to help me set it up on his day off and brought 2 of his sons. My experience was excellent! Alan Thompson did an amazing job helping us. He went the extra mile to make sure to work with us and meet our special needs that we had to accommodate my Mothers stay for Thanksgiving.. He made sure to get us what we needed with in our price range and size range and in time for the Holiday. People like Alan are why we still shop at Ashley. Thank you so much!

My salesperson was Debbie at Ashley Furniture HomeStore, Prescott, AZ. She assisted me with purchasing the perfect dining table set that I had been looking for. Debbie was very knowledgeable, friendly, and professional throughout the entire purchase process. She was accessible by phone and followed up and kept in contact with me during the delivery process to ensure I was well taken care of. Will shop again at this store with Debbie's assistance.

Our salesman Chris was extremely helpful in our search for a t.v. cabinet!! We didn't find color of wood and size we were looking for in store...so he looked online and found a good fit and at less price. But still was 100% sure until it was delivered and it was the absolute perfect size and color match to our other tables. Thanks so much!!

I had an unplanned stop at this store today and ended up purchasing a sectional. There isn’t a great selection, but I found two I liked and the salesperson, Tim Merrell, was such a fantastic help. I was with my service animal and with some of my issues, it can take longer for me to choose items, etc. Tim was very patient and kind, so knowledgeable about the furniture, and very sweet to my dog. I would shop here again because of Tim!

My family and I loved coming here to pick some furniture out. Debbie P. was so sweet, upfront, and helpful, directed us right where we needed to be and showed us a variety of options. We will be returning again in the future for more furniture when needed!

Lots if really nice stuff. My wife and I like retro furniture and they have a fairly large selection.The staff is very helpful and no-pressure. We will be back. This review was premature. We returned a bed on August 12th and still haven't seen our refund. The manager told us the money would be returned within a couple of days. It has been two weeks and we've seen nothing. Now we have to go chasing after it. So much for customer service.

Your sales person Chris Frsncis, was a complete ensure to deal with. We were able to select all our furniture needs for our new home. Because of our experience with Chris we will be recommending Ashley to our friends. Chris is a true asset to Ashley.

I have purchased multiple times from Ashley Furniture and each time I’ve had Debbie as my salesperson. Debbie is amazing, very helpful, very kind and goes out of her way to assist you! I highly recommend Ashley furniture store, Prescott and I highly recommend having Debbie as your salesperson!
