Kristin was awesome! She worked with us on a breakfast table and a nine-piece dining room set. She gave us lots of options and was extremely patient. She didn’t rush or pressure us, and took her time with each piece she showed us. She even helped us with a warranty repair on a previous purchase. This is why we always come back to Ashley!

The staff at Ashley's home store in fort Walton Beach was fantastic and so helpful especially Shannon Hughes, the salesman me and my family dealt with. He was so helpful, patient, considerate and offered so many great ideas to make a vision for my home come true. Hands down the best service I've ever received via a future store and they've definitely made a long time customer out of me.

We are so excited to get our new recliner sectional to complete the living room in our first home. We also got an adapt medium mattress for our king bed. Shannon helped us out today. He is extremely knowledgeable and kind. He did not make us feel pressured to purchase. He also talked to Brian for us to help us get the best deal possible! We walked in with a plan to take a look, and we ended up leaving with two purchases that we are looking forward to having in our home. Thanks a bunch for your help!

Worked with Shannon and he was awesome! He completely listened to everything we were wanting in a sofa and found us the perfect fit. He was patient and respectful the whole time and answered all questions with complete knowledge. The whole store was pleasant to work with an even went out of their way to entertain our 3 young children with a movie and toys. I will definitely be back for whatever I may need in the future.

Sarah did a great job completing our selection of 2 new recliners for our home. My son & I are happy with our selection. The assistant manager was a great help as well.
