Ordered a bed thru their showroom. They were honest and upfront. Delivery team was on time and did a great job setting up the bed. Only thing I didn't like is you walk in and everything is marked up 2 to 3 times what they sell it for, it makes it so you can't walk around and know the real price you have to have a sales person bouncing back and forth asking a manager what the price is kind of like a used car lot. Other thank that we will purchase from them again and recommend to our friends, Co workers, and family!
Donald and Patrick did a excellent job. They called to let me know they were on their way. They arrived during the time frame they gave and did and excellent and fast job putting my furniture together. I would love them to deliver my furniture all the time. Keep up the good work guys.
What a fantastic experience. Kuddos to our salesman, Jordan. I went in to shop with my sister and I fell in love with a furniture set. Jordan was very knowledgeable about the product. We had requested to see many furniture items, he was so helpful with getting information about pricing. I got a great deal. They took more off because I made purchase with cash and made my decision today. Also, want to give a shout out to the other employees Brittany especially as they work well as a team. Thank you everyone.
We recently shopped at Ashley Furniture in Cheyenne for a bedroom set for our rental property. The staff was very helpful in listening to our needs and showing us different qualities of furniture to meet our budget. They have communicated well on the delivery and we trust that that will go well also.
Donald and Jaylin were extremely helpful and very professional when they delivered my chair and ottoman yesterday. The oversized chair was quite a challenge to fit through the door of the master bedroom, however they made sure to provide padding to the entry way to avoid any damage to both the door frame and/or chair. I am very satisfied with my new furniture addition from Ashley Furniture and thankful for their friendly staff!
I had a good experience when shopping and ordered exactly what I wanted pretty easily. It’s been 4 months of waiting for all the parts of our sectional I know it’s not Ashley’s fault and I got impatient and asked about options. We ended up doing a partial delivery since the only parts not ready were not that important like the ottoman and was able to get delivery scheduled pretty quickly and around my availability. The delivery guys Donald and Patrick were very helpful, professional and quick. I mentioned I wanted to put felt pads on the feet since I just had my hardwood floors redone and I left them out but had to run downstairs to answer a work call. I came back up and Donald had already done it and everything was done! Helpfully they will be delivering my second order too!
The people who work at Ashley's furniture are very friendly and helpful. I bought furniture from them before Christmas and went back recently and bought more to fill my apartment up with good quality furniture. Each time, there was always someone helpful and cared about what I wanted. I even had help picking out colors to match my previous purchase. I definitely recommend Ashley's furniture.
It took awhile to get my sectional, but not bad all considered. Megan was always updating me along the way. Delivery staff was as awesome as Megan was. Even helped remove my old couch to the garage and waited for my son to vacuum. Was a far out delivery into Colorado. Solid company. Great experience. Will return.
Donald and Patrick were awesome. They were prompt, friendly and very knowledgeable. They made sure to run me through the operation of the new base and made sure no debris were left behind. Overall a great delivery experience.
Had a wonderful experience here on Sunday, Sept. 18th. Bill was an incredibly helpful and patient salesperson and Joe the manager on that day was great to work with also. The two of them went out of their way to make us happy with our purchase decisions - both in the store and the next day on the phone when we called with some follow-up questions. Hope our delivery experience matches our buying one.
