Don’t let the stars turn you away. It’ll change from 2 to 4 once someone replaces the broken part. However, I must say that the service department was not very nice when I reported the defect. They probably hear complaints all the time but if I’m paying $2000 for something, I don’t want it broken. Hopefully a technician calls within three days and replaces it for free as expected and deserved. As for why I won’t go five stars- a hard inquiry by Wells Fargo. Wells Fargo is notorious for denying people credit. At least mention that it’s Wells Fargo before letting us run through the credit application. Otherwise, nice sales team, respectful sales desk, and respectful and careful delivery men. The order arrived after the expected timeframe, but I did not mind because the store was transparent and gave updates throughout the day. Please come fix the piece so I can change my rating *Edit* They fixed the broken part and the repair guy was courteous and respectful

Mike and Mark were beyond helpful! Mark let me look around without being right behind me following me around the store which I have to say was amazing because can’t stand when salesmen do that. Once I was ready to speak with him, he was informative, friendly and patient. Mike W. also gave me great customer service. Overall, everyone I came in contact with were friendly and helpful.

It was a pleasant experience. I dealt with Kari who helped me and guided me toward some couches I might be interested it. She was very knowledgeable and helpful. Highly recommend!

Jordan was an amazing help. He knew the floor and the merchandise, took the time to search pieces on the Ashley site, and was helpful, personable, and not pushy. I had a similar experience last year at Ashley while buying a kitchen table, different sales associate but same great service.

Excellent customer service!! Highly recommend using Jordan G. for any purchases. My first time there he helped me out, explained all the info I needed but didn't push, didn't follow me around, he just let me explore and was always there when I had a question. Came back a few days later and saved major with free delivery! Can't wait for my new sectional to come. Will definitely be back!

Kari was very helpful with selecting a mattress. She was knowledgeable, had personal experience to share and was able to guide us from listening to our needs.

Our sales person was so professional and listen to what we needed. This was as a painless process. We are happy haven’t received our Mattress and box spring but it will be here soon. We will be back to get other bedroom furniture and mattress. Thank you from the Sowders family

Such an Awesome experience with Ashley Furniture in Turnersville NJ! I initially picked a different set out with my husband and son, The Man- Den. They loved all the bells and whistles it offered, however it really wasn’t what I was looking for. After talking me into it, we ordered the set that would take two weeks to come in. Within the two weeks, I made several visits back to the store matching paint and rug colors and checking to see if any new sets had arrived in store or online. I voiced my concern to Steve, my salesman, who was so patient and understanding with my indecisiveness. While scrolling threw Ashley’s site I found a NEW reclining sectional that was exactly what I was looking for, problem was it was New and not in any of the stores yet. So of course I had many questions on dimensions, comfort and colors. Thanks to Steve and his Manager who also was extremely patient and informative I canceled my original order and purchased the online set Leadman.I am super excited and can’t wait for it to be delivered!

My sales girl Kari was really a cool person. Not a typical sales person. She showed me all they had so I could make my best choice. More like shopping with a friend.

We had help from Jordan, he was very attentive and listened to all of our wants. He pointed out all the sofas that fit our needs and helped us navigate through the options each sofas provided. Very positive experience!
