I not only found the the absolutely BEST authentic salesman at Ashley’s Furniture but I found a friend. Nathan has continuously gone above and beyond to ensure I received my merchandise. My vehicle is small so my purchases would not fit in my car. He volunteered to bring them on his day off. He’s not one of those pushy sales guys or the hovering type. I can text him what I need and he makes recommendations since he knows my style. You cannot find a better Salesman than Nathan. Thanks Nathan my rooms look great because of you. Added another photo. Patience got me these awesome pictures for my wall. In a time where time is hard to predict because we all rely on someone and they rely on somebody else we have to show patience. Trucks cannot move without drivers, furniture cannot be built without workers to build them. It’s the new normal we live In. We can’t make anything happen or show results without the people that are required for these jobs. Thank you again Nathan for helping me to make these selections. Looking forward to my next purchase.

I had the BEST experience with Ashley! Tyler was so helpful. I got a great deal on our sectional. And the best part was, after thinking it may be in in 4 months, I got a surprise call after 2 weeks, informing me that it was in shock, ready to be picked up. Such an amazing furniture store!! We definitely will be back.

We had a great experience. The sales staff were friendly from the time we stepped into the store. Our sales person, Craig, was a great listener, and he was quite patient in answering our myriad of questions. Equally important, he showed us respect. Not once did he seem frustrated or eager to get on to the next customer. I am sure there are other great sales people on staff at Ashley Furniture; but, because of our experience, we would ask for Craig to help us with any further furniture needs!

Nathan was very knowledgeable and helpful with us making a purchase. Their president's day sale was a great value. Would highly recommend again!

I am very pleased at the professional, patient, kind, knowledgeable service that I received from Jesse. He is well educated in his job and really demonstrated his love for what he does. He educated me regarding the internal makings of mattresses which allowed me to choose what I really wanted. He actually brought me a pillow and asked me to lie down for about five to ten minutes. I never had a sales representative do that! Well, I got the mattress that suits me. By the way, He and the two other, nice people were working with me after hours. I was never rushed although I kept saying I didn't want to hold them from going home. They never made me feel bad. I wish I knew their names, but I thank them too. Please acknowledge Jesse for going the extra mile to help me with my purchase. Thank you!

We hurried up to Ashley Furniture so we could get there before closing, and Craig was very patient and took his time in helping us. Craig was very helpful and is a great representative for Ashley Furniture! We will definitely be giving them our business in the future!

We went to Ashley Furniture and our sales Rep Hilary was great. She was very helpful and showed us what we asked for. Gave us a deal and then let us think it over while we walked around. Was very polite. Thank you for your help.

Hilary was extremely helpful, she got a quote ready and let me know of an upcoming sales event and she got a hold of me to let me know the sales prices had everything ready to go so when my husband went in all he had to do was pay and made it super easy. If you were going to shop at Ashley furniture ask for Hillary, you’ll be very happy.

I have to say Nathan was incredibly helpful in selecting the right sectional in literally 20 minutes. I’m a very busy guy and with his help finding the perfect piece while sharing with me that Ashley Furniture had there annual sale of the year coming up in another day, he made me a customer for life. Believe me, if you hadn’t shopped Ashley in some time you’ll be surprised by there selection, quality, and prices. Oh, if you happen to be going to the Champaign store, ask for Nathan, he’s the best!
