As soon as I walked in I was greeted with a hello welcome to Ashley furniture store but was also able to walk around and look freely. They were not hovered over me trying to pressure me into buying anything. Very nice furniture and several couches I really liked that were real leather.

I've been to Ashley furniture in California - this place was interesting. As you walked around the store, I saw most of their sales associates sitting in chairs on their phones. I thought it looked strange because associates tend to look busy even when the store isn't busy. The girl that greeted us walked us to the area we wanted and then left us. She never came back to see if we had any questions. We were shopping for a Father's Day recliner. The folks at La-z-boy were far from lazy and very helpful!!!

Great service. Walked in and was immediately greeted and helped by Shawn. Very patient and informative since it was our 1st time buying furniture. Answered everything and more and even helped us decide on a new mattress.

Very friendly and made us comfortable and conducted himself very professionally. We brought our daughter in for her first experience in buying with credit so she could get her credit started. She was very excited and very happy to be able to get what she wanted.

Worse Customer Service Skills I've encountered. I personally like Ashley furniture but I strongly disagree with the way reps and managers at this store in Midland interact with customers. Unless you're buying new furniture you won't get good customer service. Reps hang up the call and Managers only send you to customer service no empathy for customers. I really hope management monitors their calls.

4/5 stars for the actual furniture. 0/5 for the customer service. If you buy any furniture here DO NOT get the protection plan. It is a waste of money and good luck trying to contact anyone that is even willing to help you with any claims or getting a credit back when the protection plan was not used. Spent well over $10,000 here and this is the service you expect to get. Highly unlikely to shop here again.

Would give 0 if I could. My wife and I went into the store last night, not greeted by anyone, walked around the entire store, with me having a tape measure out measuring items, as I needed a specific length of a TV stand, and still no one helped us. The store was practically empty and we walked by the front desk, with several employees, and one female associate, on the floor with a tablet in hand, with no acknowledgementl Left and went to another furniture store across the street and the experience was awesome and we bought from them. Funny thing is they have a now hiring sign in the front. I then tried to call customer service today and was hung up on twice. Lovely company.

Able to look at the entire store without a salesman following us. They did check on us and offer water, but let us just shop. They were then able to get us a good deal on what we found.

Service is bad. Salesman says one thing... Corporate says something new. Buy the furniture and and redeliver because first delivery wasn't my purchase. Number of weeks to correct this err. When you purchase... It's yours no guarantees. Not good

Sales rep was horrible and made me wait 4hrs till my sale was complete because she was too worried about acquiring other sales with other customers at the same time. Told me my purchases would be available in 2 weeks which tuned into more than a month! Never again with Ashley's Furniture!
