Lisa Dickinson is the best. She is very knowledgeable about each and every product in the floor. She was so patient with me, I had an idea of what I wanted, but was overwhelmed and indecisive. She asked all the right questions and found the perfect pieces based on what I told her about our home and pieces that would be in the space. We were able to pick out the perfect pieces that matched our home and personality perfectly. Thank you Lisa. It was a joy for you help us with furniture for our first home. I just purchased my fist brand new couch. Found it online then went into the store to get what I wanted online. I was greeted by my AMAZING Sales Associate Sasha Brown. Y’all if you’re looking for something she is the one. She was also sweet and got me the online price match. 10/10 would recommend Sasha again and again.!

Stephanie and Sasha were SO helpful in helping my grandmother find a new recliner. She doesn’t get around too well anymore, and they went the extra mile and brought out an office chair to wheel her around when she feared her legs would get too tired walking to the back of the store. They were so patient and accommodating and just really gave customer service you don’t see often anymore. She found a recliner that she loves for a great price with no hassle. 10/10 experience.

Karla worked with me both on the phone, via FaceTime, online and in the store to help me find exactly what I needed for my living room. She measured things, rearranged sectionals to try things out for us. She is awesome. I am impressed with the quality of their furniture, the 4 year extended warranty other chains offer 3 highly recommend this beautiful store in Paris as well as Karla and her manager who worked with us to get us the best price possible.

We were looking for a side chair for our mom who’s vision impaired. We were welcomed by Ramiro who hold the door for us and assisted us in finding the perfect chair, he was very patient and professional. We bought one chair and he even load it into the car while we were caring for mom. Thank you Ramiro we appreciate greatly your time. The store has a large selection and everyone was very kind.
