Lovely furniture store carrying a variety of styles. Many of the furniture stores here carry mostly coastal style furniture. That's OK if you have a home right on the beach or it's just a Snow Bird's home, but for those of us who are year-round residents, I for one don't want my entire home in 'coastal chic'. Ashley's has more variety than most stores and they make their own furniture. They quality is good without being overly costly.
Great experience. The chairs we ordered were very high quality, packaging was top notch, not a scratch on anything. The showroom was very easy to navigate and we had Shonté working with us who did a great job! She made our experience very nice and quick! Definitely recommend
We purchased this sleeper sofa 2 months ago. Our first issue was the refund of the delivery payment of $194 that was charged. After several text to our salesman and me threatening to just return the sofa for a full refund did action get taken but not till after I drove over to the store. So finally that is done and now I'm battling a claim where the mattress backing was cut and I have again sent several text again to our salesman and have received very little information. Now I guess I'll make another trip over to the store in person. This will be the absolutely last piece of furniture we purchase from this store. Our salesman John I feel is stuck in the middle and actually feel bad for him. Just beware should you have any issues with refunds or anything it could and probably will take forever and you staying on top of every day. Very poor for a business of this size.
We purchased some furniture and three hybrid mattresses. Delivery was on 9/18/22. With the exception of one mattress, all was fine. The defective mattress’ top layer has been filled unevenly - there are bumps and valleys where there shouldn’t be which is quite easy to tell because I have its twin that looks like it’s supposed to look.. However, getting the defective mattress replaced has been quite the frustrating experience. Customer service is quite unresponsive; after sending in photos, per their request, there was no further communication. I called back the next day. A rep said a technician will have to look at the mattress and gave me the first available date: 10/12/22. Another three weeks without a mattress that you can sleep on!. On 9/20/22, I went to the store, hoping that a customer service rep there could help me expedite the replacement. I was told that in the computer system, there was a note that there would be an even exchange and they’d call me to let me know when that would be. There still has been no call and I have a sinking feeling that they just said that to get rid of me. The mattress in question -Ashley’s own brand - is in stock; if I ordered a new one today, I could have it on Tuesday. I dread reaching out to customer service again which is probably what they want. This has soured us quite a bit on Ashley. UDATE: I gave up on calling customer service and decided to just wait for the technician’s visit. The technician came out Wednesday, 10/12/22, in the morning. He was nice, took a bunch of photos and said I should hear in 1 - 2 days from Ashley. I called them Friday afternoon and spoke again to a nice rep who said that the matter was still pending review and confirmed that the technician had uploaded his photos. She was going to send the matter to an „escalation“ team who would review it on Monday 10/17/22. This is now beyond frustrating; how can it be that after a technician comes to the house & sees a clearly defective mattress, that there is no mechanism in place that automatically results in the scheduling of a replacement mattress? Ironically, while on hold waiting for customer service, the phone propaganda is relentless about the importance of a quality mattress and the high quality standards of Ashley.
Can I leave no stars??? We are so frustrated! We bought a NEW couch about a month ago… it was delivered and assembled by Ashley’s home delivery. That night we realized the chaise lounge and the love seat were squeaking. We called within the 72 hour window and they said they had to send a technician out to check it out… the First visit he took our BRAND NEW couch apart and sprayed lubricant on it… still didn’t work. He came out yet again and replaced a piece inside… still didn’t work. We called right after that and they said they had to send a technician out to check it out AGAIN in order to start a return process… technician came this morning and told ME that it was a frame issue and there wasn’t anything they could do. In his report he put that it was up to their standards and now we’re not able to replace it… if this is your level of standards that is sad. Yes we have the 5 year warranty… which obviously doesn’t mean anything accept paying extra for the fun of it. Highly DO NOT RECOMMEND Ashley furniture to ANYONE! Look online… there are actually people putting lawsuit’s together for this exact issue… beware!
It took way too long to get confirmation and hard copy of my 10-year warranty email for my purchase. Purchased on 8/26/23 and after several emails only just received the info today 9/8/23. Unacceptable especially since it was all done by email. Also, we had to arrange and pay for our own pick up from the store and delivery home for the purchase. They said it was because it was a "floor model" that they do not deliver. Who ever heard of such a thing? RTG will be where we purchase the rest of our furniture for our new home.
All my furniture arrived today and I can’t be happier! Mi sales rep was Nicole, she was extremely patient and very nice person, she made the experience just so much easier and pleasant. Thank you!
I came in this store on Tamiami Trl in Sarasota a couple weeks ago to look for sofa, table and bed for our new house. Stephen G helped me and I had everything all picked out. I came back with my husband, asked for Stephen, and he helped us very thoroughly get everything we needed and set up for delivery. Great service!!
I bought Havalance cocktail table, end tables and TV entertainment unit. I love them. However, my cocktail table had glaring gouges in the table that were painted over and I didn't see it until the delivery guy left. You are suppose to have 72 hours to report which I did. Now they are saying it is suppose to be like that. My whole house is wood furniture from Ashley's and the rest has been great. Still working on getting it replaced.
I am so very very happy. I have been working with Johnny from Ashley in Sarasota for a few weeks now planning for my new furnishing for our new condo. We love in Illinois and so much to do. Johnny was amazing. Did the keg work and it is all done. I am now here in Sarasota and stopped by the store to see everything and I love it. Johnny deservingly had a day off so I met Steve from Arizona who waited in my. He was so accommodating, took me around the store and I saw all my purchases to be delivered.
