I really enjoyed shopping here and ended up finding the perfect sofa. Shopping here was so much easier because I did not have a sales person following my every step. Jessica and Martin were right there if we needed them without following us like puppies- excellent customer service. I really appreciated that and it made for a great experience. I wish all my furniture shopping went like that. Thank you Martin and Jessica!
I had a phenomenal experience at this Ashley's Furniture Outlet. Jessica and Kenny were extremely kind, courteous, and helpful, and I appreciate how I was free to look around the shop without being followed. : I learned that furniture at the outlet is priced accordingly because those models are being discontinued or they may have manufacturing defects. The store associates were very transparent about what the defects were on the pieces if any. The prices at this outlet are unbeatable. Also, other furniture stores won't deliver for weeks or even months after purchase, so I was thrilled to learn that my sofa would be delivered within a week of ordering! I will absolutely be coming back to this location again. Thank you to Jessica and Kenny for the wonderful costumer service! I'm looking forward to cozying -up on my new couch!
Martin, one of the store associates was really rude and uncouth. He had a zero customer service! We were there today and while we were asking him questions about the items on display, he was so non-chalant. While answering the questions, he kept wiping/cleaning his phone with a paper towel with his eyes fixated on his phone and his side turned to us like his phone was more important than the customers in front of him. Even when confronted about his attitude, he cotinued to display more discourteous and egoistic attitude instead of redeeming himself. We hurriedly left as a result.
Jess was amazing found the perfect mattress for a good price and ended up buying sofa set and ottoman. Definitely recommend seeing her for home furniture needs
It’s ok .. not that much options ..it gives discount on all products but I’m not really sure if they increased the price and then decreased it ! I didn’t feel that the products were cheap .. some products are available new but most of them in the warehouse are pick n go .. they don’t sell rugs here .. overall a very average experience
Prices are ok. Quality is average. But if you find good deal take it. Shop around other stores also before buying here
Slight mixups with delivery process. Deliverers not preppared to enter peoples home with proper PPE. Great prices, just be sure to understand all sales are final once delivery date has arrived. Not all but some of the delivery men not helpful at all and very rude unfortunately. Customer service was quick on the fix to make sure I got my items.
What I ordered as to what I'm living with for the past 30 days. With a refusal to exchange according to customer service. Now should I pay for this?
Martin the salesman was so nice, professional and pleasant to us.
I went to Ashley to get a couch and got one right away. The staff was very helpful and it was easy to set up delivery. Couch came today. Very happy with the quickness and thorough work to check for damages. Would definitely recommend going here plus the prices are great and affordable
