Ashley Park Apartments

To whoever is thinking about moving here. Think twice.... This place was very nice until new management took over and now it SUCKS & are very CREEPY.

I lived here for about a year and a half and loved it! I came from Jacksonville and you cannot get nice apartments like this there for this reasonable price, neighbors are quiet and very nice, and apartment manger is great to work with, everything stays very clean, they have staff cleaning and working on stuff just about every day, they even have a pest control person come out every few months, good with pets, and I felt very safe walking outside, especially since its a gated apartment complex. Only thing I would have to complain about is the parking garage is a little tight. Overall great place to live!

We stayed here for one and a half years. We absolutely loved staying here. Me personally, I am not an apartment person, so for me to choice to live here is huge. Because it really is that nice. I saw my friends apartment before we moved to Thomasville and I was instantly sold. We stayed in the 2 bed 2 bath apartment. Our apartment was fantastic inside. I love the wood floors in the kitchen and living room space. The kitchen is huge and has plenty of cabinet space as well as up to date appliances because most apartments would normally have the bare minimum. The bathrooms were very spacious and nice as well. The best part about these apartments is the elevators. Moving in and out was a thousand times easier than moving our stuff up and down the stairs as well as it being easy to carry groceries in. I do recommend anyone moving here to buy a small cart to help carry groceries in. This place was very comfortable and felt like a true home. There are only two building on the property as well so it's really not crowded either, which is very nice. The parking garage is great as well, so your car in under cover and you don't have to get wet when it rains. The staff is super nice as well. Anytime we needed them we could get ahold of them on the emergency line. One time our power went out only in our apartment and it was unable to get it fixed until the next day so they put us in a hotel for the night for free. They keep everything super clean and kept up. They maintenance crew is great, always working super hard and always super friendly to talk to. It is also pet friendly as well as a gated community. I would recommend anyone here. Also there are some other cool perks as well such as, the pool Clean year round, playground and a doggy park. They also hold community events all the time, which is pretty great.

If I could give APA more than 5 stars I would. I moved to Thomasville from FL for work. I didn't know one single person, which always makes moving to a new place a little scary. I found APA on google and went with my mom to tour it. From the moment I walked in the office I knew this is where I was going to live. Let me talk about the manager first, Mrs. Summer. She is hands down the sweetest, most kind, most caring manager of any apartment I have lived in. She knew I was new to the area and was always there for me. She worked with me to get me in before I started work and made me feel so safe and at home. I could text Summer at any moment and she would be there for me. This place doesn't just see you as a rent check, they honestly care about you. They always had get togethers and where checking on their tenants. It is gated with your own code and very safe. I felt very safe coming home after late nights shifts at the hospital. Now why your here, the actual apartment. 10/10 beautiful, spacious and homey. From the granite counter tops in the kitchen, to the spacious walk in closest, this apartment was just what I was looking for. The rooms were nice and big and the living room was spacious and perfect for entertaining or having a cozy night in. There was plenty of storage and the hardwood floors gave it a cozy homey feel. I have recently moved back to FL and wish I could just replicate my APA and bring it here. If you are looking for a luxury, safe and friendly place than Ashley Park Apartments is your place!

This is a great place to live. Friendly neighbors, updated apartments, maintained landscaping with a great fenced in place for dogs to play. Friendly staff and management who knows what they are doing and are very responsive.

Best Apartments in Thomasville. Property Manager is very responsive.
