I love this store and the sales team!! Stellar service!!!

Cashiers are extremely rude and unprofessional. I was in line and the cashier didn’t even acknowledge my presence and started assisting another customer. I will never shop here again. She set the tone and I’ve been a loyal customer for years. Her attitude was bad from the start. She didn’t greet me and had this blank stare. I don’t appreciate how I was treated the entire time. Rude and very unapproachable

My experience was pleasant thanks to Your lovely sales women Camille but Tammy was upright rude and disrespectful I suggest if you want to keep your customers coming you have a coaching with her about her attitude and not only to the customers but the way she speak to other store associates. If I ask for help I don’t want nobody to blow their breath and roll their eyes . Thank you Camille for actually wanting to do your job

Fantastic customer service and great staff. Went to this store on Sunday for the first time and I'm so glad I did. Found exactly what I was looking for at very affordable prices. I'm already excited to wear my new outfits. I want to give a special recognition to one Ms Amelia. Such a lovely lady. Very helpful and patient I made several trips to the fitting room. I never felt rushed or made to feel like I'm a bother. She would check on me and offer other selections if I wasn't sure about my ensemble. What a woman! Thank you very much for your great customer service. Please go see Amelia if you go to this store.

I purchased 2 bras from this location for a date the same night. I kid you not, within 45 mins of putting on the bra the wire came out in the middle. I was already driving to the restaurant. The whole date i was pushing down the wire. My date started to think that i wanted him because i was holding my breast. Embarrassing! Had to explain the situation to him. On top of it, they gave me trouble getting a refund for the bras. Would never buy anything from this location again.

My mom usually shops online with Ashley Stewart but this day she made it her business to go by the store.. Mom bought a skirt, and I think two blouses. Listen, the customer service was good because everyone was just getting alone with each other. No hassle here. Good place to shop.

Associates are very friendly and personable. Everyone's so welcoming and eager to help. Definitely my favorite location to shop. I just attended the "Finding Ashley Stewart" event and got some great deals and snacks lol They make shopping a pleasure!

Very clean & prompt customer service

A bust as usual, nothing ever fits right in that store, plus sizes are too big and prices are way too high! Nothing under size 14 and you can barely find that size.
