A lot of good vietnamese shops and food. I personally preferred the street food which started in the evening. I would recommend if you are visiting to skip meals during the day so you can try the smorgasbord of street food options, and bring a few friends so you can split each thing and try more. My personal favorites were the fried banana, papaya salad with beef jerky, and the grilled corn on the cob. But there are so many things to try and limited stomach space. Nice to walk around the mall and all the shopping stalls after you eat to walk off all those calories you will consume.

This is a Vietnamese shopping mall. There is a food court inside. There is also a dim sum as well. You can come here for jewelry, Vietnamese traditional clothes, Chinese herbs and medicine, Asian beauty products, toys and Chinese decoration items. Parking can be a challenge, lots of people and cars in the parking lot.

Tết is not completed with them being there. Fun and good food, good people. Good way to remind traditional holiday

01-15-2023 My family and I experienced Vietnamese new year celebration here. Lots of traditional things to see and enjoy: clothing, food, ao dai fashion show, etc. Best time to stroll around to enjoy all the colorful surroundings. The receptionist at Nep Cafe mentioned to me at night time, there are lots of food to savor along the mall. Chuc Mung Nam Moi!

I love to bring my family here. Its a great place to have the kids to play with lots toys, firecrackers and more. Also, there are lots authentic Vietnamese food that you eat and sugar can. Come back again!

Traditionally Vietnamese shopping mall with lots of clothing. Cool little hype shop called little Saigon in corner of upper level. Good, cheap and authentic food options and dim sum in the center food court of the ground level. Everyone was really friendly.

We always visited here before Lunar New Year, either to look around or purchase blossom flowers. There is a dragon dance, Karoke, and many shops to shop. It is very festive but it might be very hard to find parking, we had to park on the street and then do a little walking distance to avoid grid lock traffic.

Awesome place to shop with a good variety of Asian Vietnamese products and food vendors. Friendly people. Parking is sometimes difficult. If you need alterations on pants, there is an alterations shop on the second floor toward the front of the building. His prices are the best... usually $5 for jeans or pants alterations.
