Asian Town Center is an upscale mixed use retail Asian inspired destination center located on 4 acres of land on the corner of Superior Avenue and East 38th street in Cleveland Ohio.
The industrial building built in 1922 was originally used for warehouse and manufacturing. and most recently was the headquarters of Kichler Lighting Co. until the late 1980’s where they moved to their new headquarters in Independence, Ohio.
The building began its transformation from its industrial past to a mixed use retail center in November 2003. Housing one of the largest Asian Supermarkets in Ohio, authentic Asian restaurants, shops, offices, a health clinic, and much more all surrounded by beautiful landscaping, ornamental iron fences, and Koi Ponds it was a complete renovation of the building inside and out. Asian Town Center has become a prime example of Cleveland’s past adapted to today’s needs.
