My experience here has always been great. Every one is so friendly, helpful and kind Cabrina is an amazing dental assistant and possibly a denture wizard! Make sure you have an experienced and amazing denture wizard as they make the transition easier! Getting used to dentures can be really hard, but she makes all of my adjustments a breeze! I am always so happy with any work I have done.
I visited this location awhile back . The service was horrible . Extremely expensive. It was rushed and everyone was coming in and out of the room so quickly . After the fact i had an infection that didn’t heal right away . After a week i tried to contact aspen and no response i even drove to the location and they stated there phone system was down but would have a doctor call me which never happened . I ended up contacting my doctor to have them look at my mouth and give me more medicine . I would never recommend Aspen to anyone .
The initial experience with Aspen dental was great they pulled all my teeth, said I would get temporary dentures, they never fit properly they said in 2 months they would realine them but called and cancelled saying they no longer do that procedure. So for 6 months I've suffered with poor fitting dentures couldn't wear the bottom ones at all they never fit. I made them were aware of this issue during the time they cancelled my appointment. So now it has been more than 6 months they called me in to fit me for new dentures broke my temporary bottom plate failed to replace it now I have zero confidence that I'm ever going to receive teeth I paid thousands of dollars this is ridiculous. Now all of a sudden I can't talk with anyone in the office is closed I am heartbroken over this experience and my confidence has taken a great hit.
Experience was good. Service was a little weird because I set up the appointment at 8:45am. Recieved a phone to confirm details and was told it was at 9am. Then that very morning I was told it was at 830 am. And was told I was late. Which in reality I was on time. Waited for about 30 minutes after I checked in to see the DA and Hygienist. I would like to see online appointment option for returning patients, every time I make an appointment online it sets me up as if I'm a new patient. I can see to set up an account online. Or I am just not seeing that option right now.
I had a broken tooth. I chose Aspen Dental to go to. I'm very glad that I did. I got dental surgery work done. It took only two hours, because of my broken tooth. The pain wasn't as bad as I thought. The dentist Dr. Mahajan & her assistant, whose name that I didn't get a chance to get by the way so sorry for that were GREAT!" They really care about you at Aspen Dental. They're patient & will explain detail to detail everything that they're about to do or doing. I highly recommend Aspen Dental. GREAT TEAM!!!!!
Cracked a tooth on the Friday before Memorial Day. Called Aspen to see if I could get an emergency appointment. Was able to get an appointment for the following Tuesday, which was fine I was not in any pain. The dentist rattled off a list of procedures I needed to get completed and in what order. He only addressed my cracked tooth when I brought it up. Then we went to the office to discuss payment. First question I was asked is how I wanted to pay for my over $3000 list of procedures I was floored I only came in to get my cracked tooth fixed. After I told them all I wanted was the tooth to be fixed. I paid for the crown prep/crown and thought I was getting a temporary crown then coming back in a couple of weeks for the permanent one. Not what happened, the dentist just filled the large hole in my tooth. He told me the hole was too deep and I may need a root canal before the permanent crown. He told me he wanted to wait a month and see how I was doing. I scheduled my appointment for the crown prep for the end of June. I went into work after the appointment and received a call later in the day saying that I need a hygiene treatment before I could get the crown prep done. I asked what is a hygiene treatment is? Was it just a cleaning because my insurance covers two cleanings a year. The person on the phone could not tell me the difference between a cleaning and what their hygiene treatment was. Only thing she told me was that I need to pay over $350 for the treatment before I can get my crown. I was giving Aspen a chance up until this point. Why was I not told about this hygiene treatment when I was scheduling the crown prep? After all this I cancelled my appointment with Aspen and will wait for my regular dentist to have an opening. I felt like I was being taken advantage of, especially after being called back and was told I need to pay more money before I could get my tooth repaired.
I’m not happy with my husband denture, The dentist said the bite is good, but the pillar is so bad that when he try to eat it keeps moving up and down. Every time Ihe complain doctors always said the bite is good, she never take time to check on his bite see how it look like. I pay so much my husband deserves a better denture.
The customer service was the best experience I think I’ve ever had. Felt like the right choice from beginning to end and I’m glad I go here for my dental care.
Made an appointment- they canceled the day of because they are remodeling? But no notice prior after booking 1 month in advance.
I went in for a new patient appointment. Did not receive a cleaning. Getting X-rays taken was very uncomfortable. After the exam I was quoted on work that needed to be done. When I tried to schedule a follow up appointment I was told I would need to pay my portion up front. After expressing my concern about paying before services were rendered I was told that because other patients scheduled appointments and missed them I could not pay on the day of my appointment. It is unacceptable for me, a new patient, to be penalized for old or current patients missing appointments. Most doctor, dentist, and medical offices charge a fee for missed appointments- which makes more sense. Needless to say I chose another dentist.
