A little bit of an embarrassing story, but I came in to them after not being to a dentist for six years... So my gums weren't in great shape. It wasn't a pleasant service rendered, but the hygienist was so polite and kind and understanding with me. She was very knowledgeable and educated me thoroughly on cleaning processes. I have a permanent retainer that I was never taught to clean. She was thorough with my prescription and what I needed to do, and willing to work with my work schedule as far as scheduling my next appointment. The front desk girl was great too, she was very helpful in the registration process and the check out. Over all I'd give Aspen a 10/10 from first impression.
It doesn't feel personable at all, very transactional feel there. I had no pain prior to getting dental work there. Afterwards I had an infection, abscess, and the worst pain in my life for 2 weeks straight. I went in for the infection, I was told it would be $4,300 to "save" my tooth. I already used all of my insurance for the year plus around $1,000 out of pocket. Zero pain prior to seeing them, now I'm in pain everyday. I'm not letting them near my teeth again and will be going elsewhere for a second opinion and to get it fixed elsewhere. I will never go to a corporate dentistry again. I will have all of my x-rays reviewed and all the pictures of my teeth I took before/after to make sure they didn't mess up my tooth.
They're great caring people. The whole staff is very respectful and friendly. The dentist takes time with you and answers all your questions and concerns. I highly recommend them.
Had to go for a broken filling and had to have a crown done. The atmosphere was wonderful the assistants and doctors also amazing and helpful, BUT my Temporary crow fell off in 4 hours of having it done ! Disappointed now! Over all it was an expensive and time consuming day! But the staff was pleasant!
Aspen Dental uses high pressure salesman tactics in an attempt to separate one from their money while disguising it as concern for one's dental health. I do not believe any dentist to be so lacking in qualification that they could not detect even half of what Aspen Dental will tell you needs fixing or the diseases you presently have. Upon scanning other reviews, gingivitis appears to be their favorite go to disease and my husband wasn't exempt. To walk into a dental office for a cleaning, which requires a full set of x-rays and evaluation, and walk out with a treatment plan costing thousands of dollars is unbelievable. Never did get that cleaning and never did sign up for that treatment plan. Never did feel they were more concerned with my dental care then they were with obtaining my money. Couldn't stomach the high pressure sales pitch. On the bright side, they were friendly - but I wasn't there to make friends.
My wife had 3 teeth removed 2 weeks ago and there is no relief at all. She was advised four different solutions from a very expensive on down to one we could afford. She went back to AspenDental and received nothing but Arrogance from the doctor. The doctor was far from being friendly and helpful. Now we owe a bill and NO cure or care. The only reason I gave a 1 star is so I could express my opinion. I would NOT recommend AspenDental to anyone.
I'm a big scaredy cat when it comes to the dentist. They make you feel very comfortable and explain everything so well. I will recommend Aspen Dental for any one needing Dental work done.
Horrible experience they are just hustlers there trying to get all your money. Just walked out on the dentist most horrible visit I've ever had. And I've hade teeth pulled and a root canal done before. Trying to charge me thousands before they put a filling in my mouth saying they have to clean my gums before a filling. Held my dental hygiene hostage.
Everyone was wonderful, upbeat, and exceptionally friendly. They knew my case and were on top of what was needed and made all appointments up through August and that is impressive. There was about a thirty minute wait but worth it. Did molds and the gal was great and made it pleasant although it was not a fun activity. Would recommend to anyone who wants a stress free dental experience.
After Driving an hour in a thunderstorm, found the doors locked with instruction to call to verify your appointment before entry. While standing in the rain in clear view of the office staff. After doing do so, I was informed that my appointment was cancelled, even though I had called to verify the appointment the day prior And the website still listed my appointment as confirmed. Can only assume they don't want your business. I have screenshots and phone records to confirm this statement.
