So I wanted to do a two in one review because both were 5 star! First I saw Dr. D’Angelo and she did two screws for the start of implants. I did ask for Valium for the procedure which i recommend and definitely helped with the fear. I didn’t feel a thing and was laughing and joking with the staff. Sarah the dental assistant is wonderful and reassured me that everything would be ok and it was! I also had Dr. Nick do a root canal on my second visit. No Valium and I was really scared and almost rescheduled. Went through with it without the Valium and he talked me through everything. Let me listen to my audio book while he worked. It was completely painless. They are both great dentists and I highly recommend. I am a BIG chicken when it comes to dental work, and am very particular about people who work on my teeth. I really like this office and have never had to wait more than a few minutes to go back and they get started on me right away.

My husband was having the worst pain he’s ever had we made an appointment on a weekend was able to get one the next day. Aspen  was  very kind from the moment we walked in the door. They  made my husband feel very comfortable on his first visit. He had a really bad infection. They were able to get him in the next day to get that taken care of. I was really impressed and relieved they did a wonderful job.

The staff has been really nice.  If to do all I've had done again not sure I would have choose them, have had what seems to me several issues and mis communication I feel.  They are trying to make all this turn out good but has been alot of trips, and not always easy for me to get appointments.

If you have a fixed income or Humana HMO insurance plan don’t go over there do yourself a favor don’t take any appointments. They will charge you regardless without any consent of your appointment and doing the assessment not let you know if your insurance will go through til the end.  I tried to call the office and they put on voicemail failing to communicate after my frustration knowing my concerns before taking the appointment and requesting to dispute the bill.  Very disappointed with there communication, dishonesty in how they took care of me as a patient and there professionalism

I hadn’t been to the dentist in about 10 years so I was very nervous. This place exceeded my expectations. Dr Nick and the hygiene Kaylee were so thorough and explained everything so I understood. I was able to get a cleaning and an extraction same day and it was amazing.

Everyone there was super nice and helpful.  Unfortunately, my insurance was not accepted there so I have to find someplace else.  Staff was helpful in trying to point me in the right direction.

Getting an appointment for my children and I was nearly impossible. Once the appointment came to time they would reschedule our appointments or would say that our planned appointment wasn't in their system. I have tried FOUR different times throughout the year with our scheduled appointments and two other times being put on hold until I was hung up on. That was the last straw. The hygienist and dentist are great but the front desk makes it impossible so we took our services elsewhere.

First ever tooth issue, cracked it and had to have extraction. They fit me in same day, got me financed, got the tooth out, i felt nothing. Bedside manner was outstanding.

I would never visit this office again. For any reason. When I arrived at 11 even though I had been to Aspen Dental in LS I was told that my insurance would not be accepted. I then waited an hour before I even saw the dentist who then proceeded to poke at the teeth that were in pain and send me back up front to figure out my method of payment. Where I was told my care credit would not be accepted and that I needed to call CareCredit and get my card fixed while they proceeded to ALL take their lunch break. After I called CareCedit they told me there was no reason my card would not be accepted and that no charge attempts had even been made to my card. Crazy. Then I proceeded to wait for another 2 hours before the receptionist ask me what I was waiting for?!?!? They then went back and forth with me on my insurance again and had apparently made a new patient account for me? Then FINALLY I went in to get my teeth pulled. Because I was so numbed I obviously couldn't tell but, the dentist completely annihilated my gums while removing my teeth. I had more pain from the cuts in my gums than from the tooth pull. Thanks a lot. What a horrible 4 hours of my life. If you know whats good for you, you will skip going to this Dentist.

This place is a joke. They offer walk ins and emergency visits and I was told the next appointment at any location was two days from now. This was after I made an appointment online and they said it wasn’t in their system. and they told me “the website isn’t a reliable way to make an appointment”
