They do a great job, clean and comfortable environment. Friendly staff,as well as very informative on procedures that may need to be done. Only thing is if your dental insurance through your job doesn't cover all of the cost you are expected to pay half of the total cost of procedure in order to be scheduled and the other half at time of appointment day! Through all the dentists I have seen in the past I was able to get on a monthly payment plan and paid off all that was owed. Even offered past dental references to confirm this. That would be the only downside of Aspen Dental. If this was offered it would be 5 stars.
First off it won’t let me mark 0 stars so I’m giving it a hard 1! I made an appointment, had my records faxed 4 times and emailed 2 times to their office where they still could not seem to locate them and were sent a month in advance and that it takes 3-7 business days to receive an email or a fax...they took X-rays at no cost but wouldn’t give a cleaning which I’m glad bc see additional photos of the dirty utensils they would stick in your mouth told me I had a loose filling and that I would need 2 crowns on my back 2 molars bc my tooth wasn’t strong enough to withstand the work it needed....insurance would cover so much but I would have to cover the $980 out of pocket but I could see if I qualified for a payment plan. I went to get a second opinion from a completely different dental office down the road and I have a clean bill of health, not a single cavity was noted, my filling isn’t loose, I don’t need 2 crowns, and I just saved $980. I highly encourage people to get a second opinion elsewhere before you fully commit that kind of money to this place, chances are you don’t need the “said” work they inform you of if they can’t physically show you the X-rays for more than 5 seconds and shut the screen off so you can’t look longer. Just a heads up other places will do cleanings as a new patient I just had it done, they have cleaner rooms, as well as treat you like family rather than just another dollar.
Everyone’s there was helpful, caring, & informative. They did not try to see how fast they could get me out of there, which also made the visit pleasant. I hate dentists between pain and past experiences at other places, but this was the nicest group of people. I had just been to a doctor for something other than dentistry, and it was the total opposite. This experience at Aspen restored my faith in humanity.
I had a great experience at Aspen. They staff was very friendly and had me smiling by the time I left for an appointment I wasn’t looking forward to. The prices are so much more affordable than I expected and there were several payment options. Very happy I chose to go with Aspen and look forward to working with them!
I will never ever ever go anywhere else again in my life EVER !!! I have never had a dentist take the time and explain everything from beginning to end not ever any questions I had she went over and above to make sure I understood, and pricing is reasonable so that I can afford to have a dentist and they have a payment plan a payment plan no money down I love that place and I haven’t even had my work done yet , I absolutely LOVE my dentist and her assistant I can’t remember the title of my dentists assistant but they are absolutely a phenomenal place to go and an excellent experience I’ve passed this place up time and time again thinking it was just another dentist office where they really don’t care I’m a pretty big boy and tough interior not an emotional person really but when I felt and seen how much my dentist and her assistant really care about me having nice teeth because a lot of dentist office’s out there could honestly care less and you feel it you leave knowing they don’t or didn’t care it brought a tear to my eye it really did !!!! My name is William Lawson from Moline Illinois and I can’t wait to go back and have work done by those two my Dentist and her assistant!!!!
Set up an appointment for my wife to have a lost filling replaced. She walked with over a $7,000 treatment plan and nothing was done to fix her issue so she left with the same pain. She didn't go to have a treatment plan or consultation. She just wanted her 1 tooth fixed. What happens to the olds when Dentist did what you asked instead of trying to rack up a huge bill. This why people don't go to see a dentist. Dental insurance isn't like medical insurance, dental insurance doesn't pay for jack. Very disappointed.
I have been depressed for over a year not going to family gatherings not smiling on photos step down from being a Sunday School teacher not singing in the Church Choir and not being interested in a relationship all of that changed on January 16th 2023 at 8:45 a.m. at Aspen Dental in Moline, IL. They worked with me and gave me back my life. They are amazing from the receptionist to the dental assistant, the doctors and the gum specialist and Mary I can’t leave her out she really worked with me to be able to afford the care that I received and needed. I cried so hard but they were happy tears of joy! I can live again and smile again and I don’t even need the medication that I was on for depression! Thank you so much if anyone is looking to smile and live again please please visit Aspen Dental!
Want to give thanks to Aspen Dental my new dentist great service all of the ladies in there were very nice and helpful over the past few days I’ve been dealing with tooth pain they helped me and got me on a new dental path thank you Dr and the ladies of Aspen Dental highly recommend get in there asap!
Everyone was super nice and awesome. The lady at the front desk went through our options and best form of payments. Even told us about discounts we can do. The whole Staff and experience was as comfortable as can be when going to the dentist. However, the only issue was when I got a prescription from aspen and went to get it filled but the pharmacist couldn't read what the doctor wrote. So they had to call aspen which took over an hour just to get it filled. My only recommendation is to see if the doctor can take a few more seconds to write the prescription, or type it out if possible.
Everyone was very professional at their jobs. Explained step by step what they were going to do.the lady up front forgive don't remember her name, helped me with paperwork, lining finances up so i wouldn't have to pay a large amount at one time. So it's possible to get the dental treatment I need. Thank you.
