My experience at aspen has been great , Ashley was my DA for my appointment, she was very knowledgeable and walked me through the process , she was kind and made me feel very comfortable and confident with my visit and my treatment plan. Dr.Genny is very great , does amazing work and the front staff is very friendly and helpful Megan is amazing! As well as Samantha the office manage she is very helpful and does a great job running the office.
Dr. Hyatt is one of a kind. He is a 5 star dentist and a 5 star person. His bed side manor is professional, kind, caring, patient. He explained in detail what he planned to do then coached me step by step what I needed to do. Keep up the good work Dr. Hyatt. Thank you for being you.
Judith and Grace were amazing. The entire staff is super friendly. I want to thank everyone at Aspen Dental and definitely recommend them to anyone who is needing a dentist.
Terrible experience. I broke a tooth and just want it fixed. After waiting 2 hours I left without a solution. They want to put a crown on two teeth. One to fix the broken tooth and one as a preventative on another older filling. I also wanted to schedule my yearly cleaning as I have two artificial joints so do that routinely. However, they now want to do laser cleaning. But my insurance only pays for regular cleaning. They refuse to schedule a regular cleaning which I've done there several times in the past. I feel like every time I go there they don't care about taking care of me. They just want more money. I just want my tooth fixed!
I found this office very shady and extremely unprofessional. I needed a letter of recommendation but they wanted me to spend almost $6000 yes six thousand dollars to remove two of my wisdom teeth in order for me to get a letter of recommendation. The doctor that “helped” is the reason of this review. My wife also had an appointment right before I did but they refused to see her “due to our insurance not covering her visit “ according the Aspen Dental, my wife called our insurance while in the waiting room to verify and in fact she was covered and they still refused to see her.
I was hoping that my dealings with this place were over, but the saga continues. Where before I was having issues with clerical errors and poor management, now the issue is with the dental work itself. The back right crown I just had "permanently" cemented fell out. Now I'm questioning the integrity of the rest of the work I had done. Hopefully they will do a better job this time and we can go out separate ways FOR GOOD. Will update with how they handle this.
Thank Aspen Dental for all of your hard work! Samantha helped me understand payments and helped getting me scheduled. Dr.Ali and Dr.Hayat helped me stay calm during my procedure. Megan is great. She helped me when Samantha was not available! I WOULD RECOMMEND THIS DENTAL OFFICE TO ANYONE!
I had an amazing experience. The staff is very friendly! I've been going to the VA for the past 8 years! The difference in customer service and just overall how they showed cared really makes a difference. I look forward to my upcoming appointments with you all.
No surprises [and this place] is a complete joke. Don't waste your time or money here. I want to share my experience to save you the same: I ended up having tooth pain a few weeks ago and quickly Googled dentists in the area that were open when I wasn't at work. I called to setup an appointment without first checking reviews, my mistake... go ahead, scroll through them and got something scheduled that would work for me. This was pretty straight forward and pleasant enough. Then a few days later, before my appointment, I get a call telling me what to bring... and that my appointment was at X read: not the time I scheduled. I checked my email and read the confirmation email stating I scheduled for Y. I told the clerk X wasn't the time I had scheduled I'm looking at the email now. She proceeded to tell me another customer had that slot, X was the only time available, take it or leave it... and not even politely. At that point I was pretty irritated and said it was changed without my knowledge or permission. I was transferred to a manager who rescheduled me for a later time. Not the time I had originally scheduled, but a time that would work. No apologies from anyone for the mistake. It was simply my fault. Ok whatever, I need my tooth pulled. I go for the initial visit, get the x-rays, speak with the dentist and get a treatment plan. I schedule the extraction for two weeks out, pay my bill and leave. Later I receive a text asking me to confirm my appointment. I do. Then yesterday I get a call asking me to confirm again. I do. Now today I Uber out there -- 15 minutes early -- and am told, "we're sorry, but the doctor took a second look at the x-rays and decided this isn't something he can do. We can refer you to a specialist." Wait, what? This place had two weeks to do their job and failed at every turn. The only "good" experience was the initial phone call. Take your money elsewhere.
Please do not use them. Never had an appointment that I didn't have to wait over an hour for. They cater to new patients only. I just went in on August 24th because I broke a tooth. I had 2 crowns done about 3 months ago and had a bad experience, but I thought maybe it was just that time. I had an appointment at 12:30 and didn't get balled back till almost 1:30 they said I would have to get another crown. I went to get the price and decided it had to be fixed. They asked me to pay then so I paid with a credit card. They said to come back at 5:30 so I did. I waited until 6:45 and then asked to get my money back. The said ok and took me back to the same finance person she said she submitted the request and it would be 7 to 10 days. Today is 9-12 and still no credit. I called and was told that they credited a care credit plan that I financed my previous work I had done. I asked why and he said it was either because I asked for a refund or didn't get the work done. I explained they didn't do anything and I had prepaid the same day he told me not to talk yo him like that. I asked for his supervisor and he that would be the doctor and he was busy. I beg you please do not use this company.
