The staff there is very friendly and kind, as well as professional. The hygien person that cleaned my teeth explained every step of the process. She was very gentle and eased my fear of the dentist. The actual dental is just as good and kind and knowledgeable, although I think she is super duper busy. I had a ton of work done and now I'm back on track after a very long absence because my regular dentist retired. Very happy with this staff.
EVERYONE IS CARING AND FRIENDLY. ALL THE STAFF WORKS AS A WELL-OILED UNIT. ALL APPOINTMENTS ARE VERY ACCOMMODATING. DIFFERENT FINANCING OPTIONS WERE MADE AVAILABLE TO ME. I'M REALLY IMPRESSED WITH THE PROFESSIONALISM AND SENSITIVITY THAT I RECEIVED. THANK YOU!!
Had a great visit today at Aspen dental Dr Maya was great as always she fixed my feeling that another dentist didn't do a good job but she redid it and I am truly grateful. Her assistant Jenifer was also good.Great job Thanks to Nicole for starting off the whole process she is also great
Bad experience. I went for a partial upper and lower.. Was quoted a 10,000.price. After working on teeth needing attention I was told the partials weren't covered in the price quote. I was very upset reminding your employee Ashley she gave me the quote with partials included.I am not paying extra. After partials were done I called and told Miss Ashley they hurt, cutting into my gums. The right side my teeth don't meet and the left side is cutting into my gums. The only appt. they had was 3 to 4 weeks away. So I am not able to eat with the partials. And barely can eat without them. I should have went to Affordable Dentures. Part 2. A tooth fell out of the partial less than a week. Took them back. They said 1 to 2 weeks. It was 3 to 4 weeks.I am too through with them. I wouldn't go back there for even a cleaning. To be fair I don't know if this is the only franchise this occurs in and others are fine. Aspen Dental did reach out to me to discuss my issue. Unless they want to return some money there's nothing they can do now. I still have bone spurs which I pointed out to the Dr. She said oh they'll work themselves out. In the meantime they haven't and I feel like I'm teething! I am DONE.
The worst dental office. They call to confirm appointments only to cancel 20 minutes before you are set to arrive. I’ve been getting the run around and misinformation for almost 2 years. Management is nonchalant to my concerns. I’ve complained before and received no improvement in service. Do not waste your time coming to this location. The doctors are always rushing when they see you and will prolong your Invisalign treatment by making you wait over 3 months for replacements. I regret ever coming to this ghetto location.
This place is amazing, from the moment i entered the building i felt like i was family everyone had a smile and was very helpful, it even got better when the dentist solved my tooth ache, i will definitely be returning for my needs. The staff was amazing . This place definitely has a family vibe to it everyone was working together and happy .
My husband dropped his denture on a linoleum floor, they cracked in half. He paid over &160 hundred to have them fixed, A couple of months later they broke again without being dropped. He was expected to pay to fix them again. No guarantees, no quality.
Nice clean place. Desk receptionists were really nice pleasant and kind to me. The X-ray person was very patient and gentle with me, she saw I was in pain. To top it off the Dr. was caring and to the point. Thanks everyone for making my visit a good one.
OMG!! Amazing!! Nothing short of Amazing in all areas! I did an online appointment the night before, I called that Morning and everything went great from there. From the Office Manger, Finance Manager, X-ray techician, Dental hygentist and The Amazing doctor. The office is clean, and very organizer in eveything they do. They will contant your insurance company, provide insight before providing services. They will sit and talk with you, address your concerns and question from the beginning to the end. EXCELLENT SERVICE!!
I went to aspen today thinking I was going to get a good Experience from them but I didn't at all first I get there and I checked in and waiting to be called in the back two more people come in and get called I'm the back way before me now I'm mad at this point next they take me to get x-ray now the thing they put in my mouth was very uncomfortable and hunted my mouth I never had x-ray done like that before and I almost gagged and Choke while they thing was in my mouth that's Strike too I was getting more mad next they take me in the room I'm waiting for someone to come in one person came in talked about my x-ray etc now I'm waiting for the dentist to come in she comes in look at my teeth and etc then tells me someone will talk to you about the toothbrush and that's was it now Im waiting next some Manager comes in and tell me to come with her at this point I don't know what going on so I go with her to her office and she tells me my insurance didn't cover everything and that if I want cleaning done I will have to pay 128 for it first thing if I knew that my insurance didn't cover everything I would have left that was a waste of my time they should have told me when I checked in that my insurance didn't cover cleaning and that I would have to pay not communication at all before i came I asked them dud they take my insurance and do it cover thw check up and cleaning they told me yes you will be good to go told tell me after you done a half job and them tell me I have to pay the other half I'am puss off at this point because not once did anyone tell me before they started what my insurance will or will not pay for bad communication and service my first time and last time going there ever again
