Mandy is amazing! I was very nervous about my first appointment in Thomaston, but from the moment I was brought in she made me feel at ease and listened to ALL my questions and concerns for my dental plan. The office staff was also very accommodating and friendly! I will definitely recommend this office to anybody looking to find a place!
I've only been seen for an intake visit. It was quite thorough. I was treated in a friendly and respectful manner throughout. All staff were helpful and kind.
Extremely Dissatisfied Customer - Appointment Cancellation and Inadequate Rescheduling Dear Aspen Dental, I am writing this review to express my deep disappointment and frustration regarding a recent incident surrounding my canceled appointment at your dental clinic. I took an entire day off work, enduring severe tooth pain, in anticipation of receiving the necessary treatment. However, upon my arrival, I was informed that my appointment had been canceled due to my failure to confirm it. Let me emphasize that I find this situation highly unjust and unfair. The timing of your confirmation call, which took place at 4:53 PM while I was at work, an hour before your office closes, made it impossible for me to answer. I was eagerly awaiting my appointment, fully committed to seeking relief from my excruciating tooth pain, only to be turned away without even being seen by a dentist. The fact that my entire appointment was canceled based solely on the lack of confirmation is both perplexing and infuriating. It is inconceivable to me that such a minor oversight on my part resulted in such drastic consequences. The implications of this cancellation were not taken into account, namely the pain and discomfort I have been experiencing, the financial loss incurred by taking a day off work, and the inconvenience caused by rescheduling my commitments. Furthermore, the rescheduling offered to me, with an appointment date of almost a month later, is utterly unacceptable. I cannot fathom why I should be made to endure prolonged suffering for a mistake that was entirely preventable and inconsequential in the grand scheme of things. I am appalled at the protocols and policies in place that led to this incident. This unfortunate experience has severely shaken my confidence in your organization.
I am a current customer and booked an appointment through the website. When I arrive this morning there was no record of my appointment and I was informed that only new patients can book via the website but due to some error it allowed existing patients to book but those bookings weren't actually put into the system. I was then informed that I would have to wait 6 months to get an appointment. This was on top of the fact that my original appointment scheduled 6 months prior had been canceled because they did not have a hygienist on staff and never called me to rebook once they did hire a hygienist. Horrible customer treatment!
Very pleasant experience, they were able to get me right in for an emergency appointment and did my extraction for me. I was in and out and the process was thoroughly explained and painless. I believe the gentleman who did the extraction was Dr. Cummings and I would highly recommend!
Great sales men, Extraction went great, down fall systems crashed and my husband was left in massive pain for 3 days after a pretty major mouth surgery with dentures. End was result was another er bill for something that shouldnt havent cost me an extra 1500
Great team there. Great communication. Sadly I ran into a dental emergency and couldn't return for my 2 appointments. Again, very professional and caring crew. HIGHLY recommend!!
Jonas called me yesterday to ensure that I was attending my appointment today. He was very polite and pleasant. On arrival I was met by Jonas and I completed my information. Randi took me in and did all of my exrays. She was very knowledgeable. I then met Dr. Yoo who was also very pleasant and caring, no cavities. Then, I met the dental hygienist who checked my teeth for pockets. Then billing with Jonas. My visit ran very smoothly and everyone knew what the next step was. Aspen Dental should be very proud of the Thomaston branch. I know that I am. Thank you ever so much.
They got me in fast. I had the easiest most painless extraction I could hope for. They also took care of getting x-rays going while there was some confusion with my insurance information. These are professionals who do their job because they care.
Stacey was wonderful. She was so good at her job that I hardly felt my cleaning. My teeth look so good. And she had a great chairside manner. All of the staff at the water st Augusta Maine address were so friendly and helpful. An all around great experience. Keep up the good work!
